Cocktail Charlie - Thirsk 2.45 (14/1 Bet365) Ran v.creditably last year on all four starts last year including short head second to Excel Bolt (subsequent Group 2 3rd) in penultimate start. Tim Easterby has had a couple of FTO winners this week and Cocktail Charlie is well drawn. If he has trained on this race could be a good springboard to Listed success.

Re: Best Bet of the Day - Sat 9th April If he gets his win today he will simply bring a tear to my eye, i was on him big time in the Supreme Novices at the festival but i still feel the horse i have seen in the past never turned up on his big day. He is the apple of Colin & Joe's eye and back at the yard they all think the world of him, i really do hope they all get their day, not talking anything away from any of the other yards i think the Tizzard's and Bob and Jean Bishop really deserve a great day out with their horse. If he does not win then let him come home safe and sound and he can fight his corner another day, he will always be a special horse in my world.
