1. The Grand National 2011 Hurdle Series (the “Promotion”) is promoted, operated and hosted at https://betfredpoker.com (the “Website”), by Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited which is registered in and operating from Gibraltar. It is a condition of entry of the Promotion that these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) together with the terms and conditions of the Website (together referred to as the "Promotion Terms") are accepted, and by entering into the Promotion the entrant accepts and agrees to abide by the Promotion Terms. In the case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Website terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. The promotion “Promotional Period” will run from 00:00BST, 1st April and will lapse once the final tournament �Home Straight� has ended.
3. The promotion “Promotional Period”consists of eight qualification days in which players must meet the qualifying criteria to be eligible for the next tournament set out in the tournament schedule.
4. The qualifying criteria for each qualification day is to accumulate 25 Betfred Points, Betfred Points won or awarded do not count.
5. Betfred Points can only be accumulated on real money games.
6. Betfred Points are accumulated at different rates according to one's VIP level as per our VIP Club
7. Each tournament will open for registration on the commencing date at 12:00BST.
8. Each tournament will start on the according to the “Tournament Schedule”.
9. Each Tournament will be offered on a first come first served basis, with a maximum capacity limit of 1,000 players.
10. Registration for each tournament will close either when it begins or when the maximum capacity has been reached.
11. A minimum of 10 players are required in order for each tournament to take place. In the event that the minimum player criteria are not met, the tournament will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
12. Standard Betfred MTT rules apply.
13. Each prizepool will be paid out as per standard network payout rules.
14. All times displayed are in BST.
15. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Betfred management is final.
