Minnesota Timberwolves at LA Lakers - Under 201 points @ 1.926 (Pinnacle) I have a feeling this line will lower as the day goes on so I'm on nice and early. I'm very surprised how high this line is. These two last played each other at the beginning of the month and it finished 90-79 to the Lakers. LA have won 10 of their last 11 games with only a small loss to Miami, and have played exceptionally in defense. In their last five games, they might have only averaged 96.2 ppg, but they've only given up 87.8 ppg. The Lakers have the ability to stop the Timberwolves scoring a lot and keep this game under. Minnesota really struggled against Golden State on the road recently where they only managed 77 points. If Lakers can defend well and Minnesota don't get their offense going this should stay Under. With the Lakers going under at home 20 times in 31 games and Minnesota going under in 18 of 34 road games, I think it looks good to stay under this total.

Re: NBA - 18th March Picks New York Knicks at Detroit Pistons - Over 215 points @ 1.952 (Pinnacle) The Knicks thrashed the Grizzlies last night 120-99 sending the game over for the 5th time in their last 6. They seem to be doing well offensively, netting over 100 points frequently especially against poor defensive teams, which the Pistons are. The Pistons did hold the Raptors to only 93 points but have let teams like Denver (131), Minnesota (116), and Utah (116) run all over their defense and New York should look to do the same. With NY shooting 20 3 pointers last night and Detroit ranking 4th in the NBA at 3 pointers that should help too. Both sides have been quite involved with high scoring games that go way over 200 points and with NY's offensive speed and ability, and Detroit's 3 point shooting, I'm looking this to hit over 215 points.
