Help - Posting Questionnaires?

I sent an email to admin using the contact us feature a couple of days ago and have received no reply as of yet, so I thought I'd post here as my deadline is looming. What are the site rules with regards to posting a questionnaire? I'm doing a university research study into the effects of sports betting advertising on gambling and gamblers, and need a minimum 50 respondents. Would I be able to use PL to recruit respondents? If so, what forum could I post it in? Thanks :)
