When is runner deemed as a a non-runner?

Be careful of your ante-post bets on the Totesport Trophy. Under normal rules ante-post bets which are non-runners are lost. Under normal rules when there is an abandonment and there is no race, all bets are void. Under normal rules if an originally abandoned race is run on the same track and trip, then ante-post bets stand. I placed an Ante-Post bet on Walkon @ 8/1 with Corals (EDIT, see below) who were offering "non-runner no bet". Thankfully only a saver. I've been told that because of the abandonment on the 12th Feb, all ante-post "non-runner no bets" are classed as non-runners so are VOID. Where as all ante-post bets which are NOT non-runner no bets are NOT classed as non-runners; so go on to tomorrows race. ie. Some ante-post bets are classed as non-runners and some aren't. :@ EDIT: Apologies to Corals. Please see other posts below, not Corals who got it wrong but Stan James!
