Tote Gold Trophy refund ?

I placed an ante post on a horse in this race a few weeks back which subsequently became injured and pulled out of the betting . The bets i placed on this race today have been refunded into my account. Question . Do i have a claim to a refund on my ante post bet as the race did not run ? Or is it only applicable to horses in the final lineup today ? I'm sure there is a precedent for this as many big ante post races are lost each season due to the weather or something similar. Thanks
