To get the forum number just go into it and inspect the link which will look like this : punterslounge.com/forum/f95/ In this case 95 is the Cash Poker Forum. Once you have the numbers of all the forums you want save the link as a favourite and every time you click it you will only see new posts from the forums of your choice. If you give me the numbers of the forums you are interested in I can create the link for you. Oh if you are using the full text I supplied to show the complete link you will need to remove the space after http: to get it to work as a link. You need to select the text of the link above. Highlight it, right click and select the relevant option. Now in your favourites list right click on the PL link you stored yesterday and select properties. Now replace the stored link location (which will have the word "search" near the end) with the text you have just copied to your clipboard. This should now sort it.
