Mabbs
Tuesday's first selection is the slightly frustrating Queen Of Night. For me she is the strongest runner in the field but she doesn't always perform to the best of her ability. The positive thing to note about her today is the last twice she has run in this grade at this course she has won albeit over a furlong shorter. Moayed seems to go well over a range of trips and last time destroyed a very strong field at Wolverhampton. He does get a 6lb penalty for that effort but that shouldn't be enough to stop him following up today. 1/2pt win Queen Of Night 12.00 Southwell, 1pt win Moayed 2.30 Southwell, 1/2pt e/w double. Big Andy
Re: Solid looking e/w double at Southwell Nice one Mabbs, Moayed surely leaves you scratching your head though mate, god only knows what was up with that one today. Something definitely seemed amiss, never in the contest. Usually such a solid performer too. :sad
Mabbs
Re: Solid looking e/w double at Southwell Cheers lads. I did stop betting on the a/w after a few frustrating months last season Ian because of that sort of thing but thought I'd give it another chance this. I didn't see the race or the betting patterns so couldn't really comment whether or not it was a non trier but it does seem amazing that the horse didn't even place.
