It could potentially turn into a muddling affair though and a sprint finish up the home straight, if that turns out to be the case then ORIENTAL CAVALIER should be well placed. He ran encouragingly at Leicester last time with the headgear ditched and is only 2 lbs higher than when winning at Chester in July. Tom Keddy's string are in good order (2-3 in past fortnight) so Archie Rice would be interesting with market support, but Carlton Scroop will probably give him more to think about.
