Noland NR for Paddy Power. Why am I not surprised? His Betfair blog was saying he is "very interesting off 157". Then on stable tour for RP he said the PP is the plan and he has him since July getting him ready. "Handicapper given him a chance." And suddenly on declarations, the horse is a NR. He is a bad bad man. That has happened quite a few times now, there should be some intention to it. The horses he doesn't mention win, those he fancies lose. :unsure
