  1. Re: August 4 - August 10

man i wont be so sure about this only by looking at stats' date=' cilic played a great tennis at umag and he has a legend coach goran ivanisevic.... they were prepairing for these kind of matches and i rather wouldnt bet at this, cilic improved his serve by alot... yesterday was a bad day for him in his match but his calm attidute was important and he won at the end... i would rather put a small bet on cilic because odds are crazy at my country around 5, and i know that hes eager to put his guns up and make another scalp... and 1 more fact croats are well known for taking down federer and this one for sure can do it[/quote'] I agree but I think you're thinking to mutch with your heart here! Roger is playing dangerously well and won't give any chances to Marin. Roger will read Marins serve very well and the question is will Marin really be up for this? He had problems beating Denis Istomin who had a shoulder injury. Cilic has not come in to the hardcourt season the way he want's to. I'm quite doubtful about Marins chances.
  2. Re: August 4 - August 10 Back Sabine Lisicki to beat Agnieszka Radwanska for a 5/10 stake at 2.30 with Pinnacle Sabine is serving very well and will be up for this match against Radwanska. She has beaten Radwanska in two of the three times they've met. She will undoubtedly be feeling confident about her chances of winning here. Radwanska is in a kind of suspect form also making Lisicki more worth of a shot.

  3. Re: August 4 - August 10 Back Roger Federer (-4.0) to beat Marin Cilic for a 8/10 stake at 1.81 with Pinnacle Four times they've met and four times Roger has won and in the process he has covered the -4.0 games handicap including winning by 7 games in US open 2011. Roger is playing to perfection and I very mutch doubt there is anything Marin can do to get Roger out of the rythm he's in. Marin has dropped a set in both matches he's played this tournament. Against Roger that says Marin won't have enough to trouble him this time either. Every time Roger has won in a match that is not grand slam against Marin he also has won by the same scoreline 6-4 6-3 or 6-3 6-4 so it seems it's just good old Federer with a very well control of his opponents game. Just by winning his first match having no problems at all cruising past canadian wild card Polansky 6-2 6-0 says enough about Federer now. Edit: Simply put I think Roger can dictate the play like he has done before against Marin.

  4. Re: August 4 - August 10 Back Bojana Jovanovski to beat Carla Suarez Navarro for a 7/10 stake at 2.80 with Pinnacle On hardcourt Bojana should be a favourite for this one especially with her form on hard and her opponents overall form. CSN does'nt have any form to speak of at the moment. She went out in Stanford first round vs Puig in straight sets and lost to Rogers 6-4 6-0 on clay in Bad gastein second round before beating unknown Siegemund ranked 210 in three sets losing second set by 6-1. Before Wimbledon in S-Herthogenbosch she retired with some injury in second round. Lost in second round against Diyaz in Wimby. I'm certainly not convinced that the odds are correct here. Why is Jovanovski so high? Because of lower ranking maybe.

  5. Re: August 4 - August 10 Back Donald Young/Frank Dancevic - Over 22.5 games for a 6/10 stake at 2.04 with Pinnacle Wildcard Dancevic should have something to say against Young. They have met three times before on challenger tour and qualifier level but never on ATP world tour and Donald has won two times, on clay by in straight sets and on hardcourt in a tight three setter. Frank got the latest one on clay this year in Tallahassee challenger in straight sets. I see nothing wrong in taking the overs in this one. Edit: Frank is a canadian so he got the wildcard because of that and his fighting spirit never is anything wrong about and he's got a good serve. Hard to break if he gets his first serves in.

  6. Re: July 28 - August 3 Back Ana Ivanovic (+4.5 games) to beat Serena Williams for a 7/10 stake at 1.98 with Pinnacle For no major reason during this season, Serena is struggling to play at her best level. Ivanovic succeeded for the first time to push Serena in 3 sets during their last two meetings and she even succeeded to win one of the matches during the Australian Open. Today, the situation hasn't really changed, Serena is still doubting and she had recently some viral problems forcing her to withdraw from the clay tournament in Bastad. She has'nt played a lot during the summer so I take it for granted that she is a bit rusty. I am not especially convinced by the chance of victory for the serbian, but I am convinced that she will bother Serena and push her into a tight match, that's why I think that her handicap deserve some stakes so I'll back Ivanovic on the plus games handicap at such a decent price.

  7. Re: March 3 - March 9 Gilles Simon (-1.5 Sets) vs Dominic Thiem 2.37 pinnacle Simon might struggle here or simple turn up with his best game but taking out this talented guy might not be so easy. I have taken my chances with Simon in straight sets but I feel like I will regret myself for taking it since Simon has'nt even played a match yet. Julien Benneteau/Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (Over 22.5 games) 2.09 pinnacle Benneteau should not have to mutch problems holding his own against Tsonga but I have no real good reasoning except that Tsonga is in pretty bad form. He has'nt played this tournament either so it could be kind of hard bringing Benneteau down. Paolo Lorenzi vs Marin Cilic (-5.5 games) 2.02 pinnacle Cilic is without a doubt one of the most inform players right now and Lorenzi is no hardcourt player. I don't have to mutch of a reasoning here but I don't know what more to think about this match. These are my thoughts for today and feel free to comment. I am in no way superconfident in any of my bets. I have not done so very well lately in betting so I can't be confident of being correct here.

  8. Re: February 17 - February 23 1 pick for the ATP MARSEILLE HAJEK-BERANKIS HAJEK +4.5 GAMES @ 2.05 on pinnacle Ricardas Berankis is a bit overrated here I belive. The czech veteran might bring some better play then expected according to odds here. The lithuanian has a pretty dull form coming in to this match. Even though he qualified here I think he will have it hard enough for Hajek to cover +4.5 in this match.

  9. Re: February 17 - February 23

1 pick for the ATP MARSEILLE MAHUT-DE SCHEPPER OVER 22 GAMES @ 1.61 on pinnaclesports Mahut is a favourite in this match, but it will be a long close match with De Schepper's big game suited very well for the fast indoors surface
I am not so sure it will be long.. Close maybe but I think Mahut can nick it in straight sets.
  10. Re: October 28 - November 3

Any thoughts on the Giraldo vs Janowicz match guys?
I'm defenitely on Janowicz to win in straight sets. Edit: Janowicz -3.5 @2.10 Pinnacle is my final call here. Giraldo was woeful yesterday and have been for quite a long while. Just luck that his opponent Mannarino totally choked out of nowhere.
  11. Re: October 28 - November 3

Marin Cilic to beat Juan-Martin Del Potro for a 3/10 stake at 3.790 @Pinnacle and 3.75 @Paddypower.com The price is going down on Cilic and the way he played yesterday was quite passionate.
Just noticed bet365 have 4.00 on Marin to win. Worth a shot. He's got all it takes to down an unmotivated Juan-Martin.
  12. Re: October 28 - November 3 Marin Cilic to beat Juan-Martin Del Potro for a 3/10 stake at 3.790 @Pinnacle and 3.75 @Paddypower.com The price is going down on Cilic and the way he played yesterday was quite passionate. I just saw how focused he looked like and meaning some badass business in the tournament. Seems like he's really motivated to do good and get somewhere in this last tournament of the season. He looked really dangerous and it does'nt take more to bet on him then that and the fact that Juan-Martin is probably all fed up on playing and does'nt come to Paris with the biggest motivation after winning two straight tournaments. Yesterday I was'nt thinking in the right direction at all. This bet I'm writing with some better thinking. Should not have posted all that crap yesterday. This should not be so bad. After all the value is all on Cilic here.

  13. Re: October 28 - November 3

Betting on a likely treble in round one. Prices from Pinnacle parlays. For 3/10 stake at Pinnacle total price 7.07
Andreas Seppi to beat Philipp Kohlschreiber at 4/10 stake 2.25 Pinnacle
Well this did'nt work out the way I planned it to do. I jumped on three booby traps today from Mannarino to Seppi. Both bets just as awful and I've only got my self to blame for it. No wins for me this day. Just a heavy downward spiral on my account and on my self esteem since it feels like I'm useless and can't find any bets going in. No treble win for me or double and certainly not on the five-fold since it went black from the first match. To bad I had everything mixed up and just a single on Seppi. I should be more careful with selecting correct bets from now on and not thinking about parlays. I know it's not the way to go but sometimes I get carried away when everything was working so well this weekend. I got a little bit to high self esteem I guess. Needed to come down to earth.
  14. Re: October 28 - November 3

Marin Cilic to beat Igor Sijsling @ 5/4 with Bwin: I feel the value lies with Cilic here. It's been 4 months since the Croatian last played and there's a worry he'll be rusty but he'll be highly motivated to mark his return with a victory in this one. He's a level above his Dutch opponent and won their only previous meeting in Memphis earlier in the year which was also on Indoor Hard court. He'll be looking to pick-up where he left off after an impressive showing at the AEGON Championships before pulling out of Wimbledon through injury. I expect a close tie with the superior player prevailing.
Good one! I did'nt really belive it myself but Sijsling looked scared on the court. To mutch respect for the taller Cilic. He did'nt dare to go for shots. Looked hesitatingly when going for winners like smashing the the ball into the net in second set as if he did'nt know how to end the point when it looked so easy. To many options and the guy hesitates and smashes it into the net being broken at same time. Really no guts this Sijsling guy. Looked so small on the court like he was some junior player.
  15. Re: In-Play Chat Cilic looks pretty decent and dangerous today acctually. I'm worried Sijsling is hanging on a lose end risking to drop the rope and fall down. Tight match as predicted but I think Sijsling should have little more in his tank. Hopefully enough to cover -3 handicap.
