Left my laptop on with PokerStars still loaded up after reinstalling to set the games up, so when I got home in time for once I could still access the home games to register and thought I'd join in whilst I had the opportunity.  Beginners luck   but seem to remember this happening once before after a break from poker and then being rubbish for the rest of the month!  I've reg'd for next week's game so it should pop up for me when it starts hopefully, let's see if the run good lasts.

I have left tonight's game originally set up as leg 2, which will now be our starting leg 1.
I've cancelled legs 3 and 4 which I'd set up as they would be in the wrong sequence (PLO/NLHE chip size). @kevsul and @LIKE2FISH you had already reqistered so please check it's refunded your buy in.  It looked like I'd got the wrong start time for leg 4 anyway so Leo you would have been playing on your own at 1.30 in the morning
New legs set up for 19th Oct (NLHE 3000), 26th Oct (PLO 5000) and 2nd Nov (NLHE 5000 final leg).
Tonight's tournament title is still leg 2 as I can't change that.  But it's leg 1, at 8.10pm

November would be a 5 week month so I'm proposing we reschedule start of October league to next week and run it on until 2nd November for final leg. We can start November's on 9th and still run a 4 week league in both.

Well done to Kevsul, who secures the league title with a second win on the trot.    Paul holds on to a podium spot in second place, and we have a tie for 3rd with Rav and Leo on exactly the same score, so that will need to be shared.

The Punters Lounge £150 added Poker League continues on this week for October, running for 4 weeks on Wednesday nights.
The £150 added by PL is shared between the top 3 in the league at the end of the month. Games start at 8.10pm, with a 20min late registration period on top of this.  All games are played in the PokerStars Home Games PL Poker Club. 
The format is a NLHE 3000 chip tourney in Legs 1 & 2 and a 5000 chip NLHE for final leg.   Leg 3 is our PLO Leg with 5000 chips.

To help boost numbers overall and in particular in the final leg we are continuing the system of doubling the number of entries used in the calculation in leg 4 (**so if 10 entries the formula will use 20 entrants). This will increase the number of points available in the final leg to make it more competitive.
All members are welcome, however you must post in this thread if asked to let us know your forum username, otherwise your placings and scores cannot be included in the league.  New players are always welcome to join in, so please spread the word and invite your friends to the forum so we can keep the weekly numbers up.

£150 Added Value

The £150 added will be split between the top 3 players of the league end, with £75 to the league champion, £45 to 2nd and £30 to 3rd.  This will be payable via PayPal at the end of the league.  Big thank you to Punters Lounge for the added funds.  The league winner will also get Punters Lounge merchandise.

Sorry all, I'll sort the results out today, just getting the new league set up and ready (I'm away for day tomorrow).

Well done Kev, PLO winner last week .  It takes you into a podium spot but not enough to overtake our leader muttley who retains the top spot without playing.
All very close as we go into the final leg, which is back to NLHE and a 5000 chip stack.  Don't forget we have extra points available in the final leg so plenty still in with a chance.
