  1. Re: Serie A > November 2nd - 4th

I gotta say that the odds on Roma for the away win against Torino seem crazy high. Seems like a give away:rollin by the bookies, but they don't give anything away:eek This is a team that has won every league game this season. They have scored 11 and conceded just 1 goal away . Torino have won just 1 game in 9 at home, but have drawn 5. They do concede plenty of goals, 8 in their last 4 home games. Happy to take Roma away win with 4 units at 1.9 various bookmakers
    roma has absenses neil
  2. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > November 1st - 3rd

Bet lost. Bordeaux scored 2 awesome goals' date=' the first was a 30 yarder. Nice could not create a single thing from open play after that as Bordeaux parked the bus. I wont bet on the Monaco match later now following this, just to ensure I end the round in profit[/quote'] no worries. Great analysis nevertheless. think draw might have a good chance in the monaco game
  3. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 25th - 27th

It was one of my more dangerous bets, I must admit. It was one of those situations where I could understand someone backing PSG. Lets be honest, if PSG had turned up tonight in the mood and really focused they would have won. But I banked on them being casual and lazy following their excellent run. PSG are full of lazy players like this and I knew soon they would soon produce a below par display. As for being complacent against St Etienne. Well, they actually only lost 1 match to them last season, the other 2 were draws. There's no doubt the main focus for PSG this offseason was targeting PSG & OM, those matches mean more to them. I'm pretty sure PSG would have lost tonight were it not for the red card, they were lucky to escape with a draw.
yeah, agree about the red card. But normally you would think if a top class team with european ambitions had lost points to that one team in ALL matches last season, they would be up for it and be willing to die to prove their superiority. I am not stupid to back PSG but I was unsure whether I wanted to bet against a team who might be out there to prove they can make things right (especially when they are inform). But you got it spot on. Well done! TBH no matter what people say, I still think I made the right decision about not betting on the match since your stake was 4/10 as well and not 6/10 and just proved you were a little cautious with this as well. Its good to talk about matches and think for yourself than blindly following tips and hence, hope u wont mind the chat. But lets make money on next weeks matches then. take care OH and the cards bet was brilliant. I checked the ref's stats and had a good bet 5/10 on that. Thanks for pointing that out.
  4. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 25th - 27th well, didnt think psg would be complacent after losing so many points to st etienne last season but they still are very carefree. Every game I have watched of theirs, they just are not in the races at first half. Then they start trying hard in the second half. in any case, well done to those who were on.

  5. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 25th - 27th

Prediction: St Etienne 1-1 PSG Recommended bets: St Etienne +0.5 @ 2.09 4/10
but dont u think PSG will be wiser and more up to it this time round. They are in form and even though you are tipping it, I rarely bet against in-form teams to avoid being on the end of a losing streak while they remain in form. I would rather have a team lose one match and then start betting against them. But more to the point, I think bookies have this market spot on. If it was any other team, I am sure PSG would be around the 1.5 mark. So there is no value in that respect. Ibra and cavani are in form and last year it was only ibra they had to deal with. This year when they go for ibra, spaces are gonna open up for cavani. Obv u r the expert on French leagues, but just helping everyone to make some money or avoid losing some. Personally, think if they can beat OMarseilles away with 10men, they can beat etienne away with 11 and so its a not bet for me. But GL
  6. Re: Bundesliga > October 25th - 27th

Stuttgart-Nurnberg Nurnburg are somewhat of a draw specialist. Nurnberg has 4 draws in last 5 matches. Nurnberg have only failed to score in away games against Bayern and stuttgart only failed to score just once and that was against a very good bayer leverkusen team. Stuttgarts Antonia rudiger is suspended following his dismissal against Hamburg and that weakens stuttgarts defense considerably since there is a question mark on Sakai's fitness as well. And although stuttgart are the better team and with home advantage, I can see nurnberg scoring and keeping stuttgart to a goal. My prediction is a 1:1 draw. @ 8/1 1pt. Possible line-ups: VfB Stuttgart: Ulreich - G. Sakai, Schwaab, Niedermeier, Boka - Kvist, Gentner - Harnik, Traoré - Maxim - Ibisevic FC Nürnberg: R. Schäfer - Chandler, Nilsson, Pogatetz, Pinola - Stark, Hasebe - Mak, Kiyotake, Drmic - Ginczek Would appreciate if someone has anything to add for this game?
    Final score 1:1 :)

  8. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday October 24th

Ametist do you know if that is a strong fiorentina team as i have doubled them up with swansea?i was looking for a banker and they were the most likely imo' date='even though they burst me a month ago with very weak defending.[/quote'] yeah would like to know more about fiorentina as well. Do they take europa league seriously? strong lineup? priorities?
  9. Re: CSKA Moscow v Manchester City > Wednesday October 23rd really want to bet on city but the pitch condition makes me to believe that they may have a tough time on it. Anyone else have any news on the pitch and such?? Does the pitch makes it a no bet? Sure CSKA will play on the same pitch, but I think they have played on such atrocious pitches in the past few matches as well while construction is underway at their home stadium and so they must be used to such conditions by now.
