  1. Re: April 16 - April 22 Paolo Lorenzi to spank the utter joke that is James Blake @ 2.20 with William Hill You have got to be SHITTING ME RIGHT? Lorenzi is an absolute hustler on clay, Blake's odds are simply dictated by his past and even in the past I would have given Paolo the edge against James on clay. Right, I see Lorenzi as a shoe-in .. he'll hustle and harry and get everything James fires at him back ... move James about and James movement won't cope, especially not on clay, the dude can barely slide on this surface, lets be bloody real now! Easy, easy, easy.... AZAYYYYYYY MANAAAAAYYYYYY HAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YEAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! 8/10 in the confidence stakes.

  2. Re: April 16 - April 22 Granollers and M, Lopez to beat F, Mayer and Melzer @ 4/5 with Paddy Power Are you mad? MARC LOPEZ DOUBLES PARTNER TEAMS WITH BLOODY RAFA WHEN RAFA FANCIES A BIT OF VOLLEY PRACTISING. Granollers has partnered with Marc Lopez before and they work relatively well together as a unit, whilst this is the first tournament Florian and Melzer have played with one another. Should be relatively easy in the end. 8/10 in the confidence stakes

  3. Re: April 16 - April 22 Odesnik to beat Prodon 2-0 @ 29/20 with Bwin Okay Odesnik is far and away the more talented player in general and on clay even, Prodon is a one trick pony and only really has his glint of success on clay. I watched Oddy against Lorenzi the other week on clay and he was scintillingly good, the bloke has great movement and a diverse range of all court tennis ability. Prodon needed a tie break to beat Pospisil last round, who might i add is dreadful on clay. Oddy's at home in the US here and should really thrash this pathetic one trick shitty pony. 8/10 in the confidence stakes

  4. Re: April 16 - April 22 I think you would be barking mad to back Dolgopolov against a player that gets the ball back time after time after time. Dolgopolov is a player that is prone to errors, surely it would be illogical to take him on a handicap against a player that will make him play that extra shot? The value is all with Tomic here. Whether its clay or not, Tomic can play on grass and I have sort of seen him slide on grass at Wimbledon.

  5. Re: April 16 - April 22 Tomic to beat Dolgopolov the disgraceful, unrespectful to the game benchod sala @ 12/5 with Panbet This is another ridiculous price, the bookies are offering tomic at 12/5 to beat Dolgopolov the most erratic player on tour?! Dolgo lost to a player very similar in the way they/he wins matches, in Cipolla! Consistency, getting the ball, slicing and dicing, frustrating the oppostion and yes making them go for too much in the end. Well, Dolgo really needs to helping hand in making errors, the guy is so spontaneous with his errors, you don't know where they come from. Okay, Tomic won his first match on clay yesterday? So what? Does it matter? Are you really that fussed? This should 60/40 in Dolgo's favour and the bookmakers have it down as 80/20 ... what a flipping insult they are paying here to Tomic. I am certainly willing to run the risk of Tomic losing in a tight 3 set match. 6/10 in the confidence stakes.

  6. Re: April 16 - April 22 Benneteau to beat Jurgen sloppy, mentally fragile and pathetically weak and streaky Melzer @ 6/4 with Bet 365 Are you kidding me? Please explain to me the logic behind these odds? This surface clay? Melzer's the most inconsistent flipping annoyance on the tour and Benneteau is much the opposite. Benne has a much better serve than Melzer and here we have the home guy in Benne, in much the better form and much the better frame of mind for a masters series tournament. These odds inevitably come in so I suggest people jump all over it ASAP. 9.5/10 in the confidence stakes

Kukushkin to beat Forian in awful diabolical form Mayer @ 6/5 with StanJames Kukushkin is back and he shall be back with a bang, I fancy him to go a long way in this tournament, the dude is not one to be messed with when he is on song. When he had his return from injury, his results didn't look all that too much impressive, however as time has passed on he has improved. His first match back since from injury ended in a straights set loss against Dimitrov ... his match ended in a straight set win against Dimitrov. This guy's a hustler baby and he'll just want the stupid, erratic and clumsy, wonky like fool Florian Mayer to know. 8/10
Dum, dum, dum ... ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Re: April 16 - April 22

Andujar - Del Bonis Andujar is the men in form. Winning last week ATP Casablanca and playing very good. He showing a good perfomance in the most matches. And he will lead the H2H against Del Bonis with 3-0, all the matches on clay. Del Bonis the number 144th on the ATP World Ranking loves to play on clay. But everyone know that he had not enough quality to beat Andujar here. I think he will not cover the handicap here. 3/10 Andujar -3 games @ 1.88 Pinnacle
You are sure he'll still pull through despite the flight? Del Bonis beat Ungur in qualies?

  10. Re: April 16 - April 22 No worries lads, I've been studying tennis relatively well since the new year and I feel I have the gist for most player's psyche. I anticipate I'll have a good French Open too, I generally tend to excel on the clay. Bring on the other tipsters, Atko, Alovec, CzechPunter and co.

  11. Re: April 16 - April 22 Easy starter... Benneteau to beat the severely out of form, rusty Granollers @ 5/6 with Coral This guy granollers had a relatively good year you could I do suppose say last year, HOWEVER, this year, thus far, has been dogged by injuries and has hardly played and it has showed in his recent performances. He's lost to rosol and when I saw him in the Davis Cup doubles for Spain was absolutely, diabolically bloody awful. Benneteau meanwhile has had a solid year so far and with the French crowd behind him should prevail quite easily I feel. 9/10 in the confidence stakes. Nishikori to beat Ramos @ Evens with BetFred Ramos just lost in the Casablanca Open final to Andujar and he did so in rather miserable fashion ........ ! He was ridiculously nervous in the opening set and failed to capatalize on a break he got in the second. Probably down to the fact he's never won an ATP title. I expect him to be physically but also most importantly emotionally drained. Nishikori is a dude I'd fancy to outwit him on most surface courts anyway, but seeing as Nishi is well rested, I'd reserve this one as being pretty much a banker. 9/10 Confidence stakes. Paul Henri Matheiau to beat Donald Young 2-0 @ Evens with Ladbrokes Quite simple really, Youngs a disgrace atm, would probably lose to someone ranked outside the top 500 with the way he is playing. Matheaiu has too much class on clay and with the crowd on his side should thrash the stupid silly American. 8/10 Confidence stakes. Anderson vs Belluci - Over 21.5 games @ 9/10 with Panbet This line is ridiculously good. Belluci is far and away the better claycourt player but isn't as mentally tough as Anderson, Anderson possesses that brilliant serve and should push Belluci all the way in every set .. Whilst Anderson has still been in what you would call "okay form" in comparison to last year, he isn't in the same league as he was last year. Toomany double faults and too many unforced errors. I'd fancy Belluci but I can't trust him not to make a 5 course meal of getting the victory.

  12. Re: Tennis - April 9-15

WTA e-books Cornet +7 games > Wozniacki @1.926 Pinnacle Woz massively overrated in this one. OK, this is "her" tournament, and she has won it every time the tournament took place (2 times so far), but 7 games against Cornet? When I recall her performance against Ursula Radwanska, it seems like a joke to me. Well, Woz destroyed poor Pauline Parmentier, but Alize is different ketle of fish. H2H is 3-1 for Woz, but in 3 matches won, Woz only once (in the oldest match from 2007 challenger) managed to spank Alize 62 63. The remaining two matches were won by -4 hcp. With the shape Woz is in now, I seriously doubt any 62 62 walkover occurs today. I expect normal 6-3 6-4 result which would be a winner. But even 62 63 would be a push.
:| Lord knows why I followed you on this :|
  13. Re: Tennis - April 9-15 Does anyone see how Russel can take a set of Fish? The odds are unreal, yes he beat Gimeno, but big deal? A 4/7 double with Cibulkova seems rather attractive and I have taken it, Cibul has been in amazing form and I can't go ignoring the way she played against Azarenka 2 weeks ago.
