1. Re: April 30-May 6

I've dealt with his post internally. What I would say is if that you post a 10/10 bet on a public forum and it loses' date=' be prepared for some stick. Chances are people followed your confidence. I'm afraid that's how it rolls. As I said, chin up :ok[/quote'] Sorry, jus cannot agree with that, there are various tipsters in the tennis section who post tips time after time and they are consistently missing, not a word is uttered .... I've landed many 7, 8's and 9's .. so I believe for me to receive "stick" the moment I lose a 10 is simply unwarranted. Being honest, after that reaction, I feel not a desire to post tips on here in future. It jus makes me think wtf, how thick-ale can some be?
2. Re: April 30-May 6

Sore one ImLovinIt' date=' but take it on the chin. We've all been there. Never go big on guys like Hanescu. They are unreliable. In fact, there are many unreliable players. I'm going to make a list and post it up here.[/quote'] Cool. Yh, I never expected Rosol to serve like Sampras either, its quite astonishing how well he was serving and consistently too. Could you before you do that take a look at Homunculus's post? Its not good to gloat, we are in here as tipsters to aid one another, if I see a match a certain way, I am fully entitled to my opinion. Its not the best thing to read when you've jus lost a big money bet.
3. Re: April 30-May 6

Kohli was better, Ernest still not delivering his maximum. Sorry. But I wrote this is a shot, didn't I? No words about utter gifts or something like that, and it was marked 2/10 :-) -2.1 pts this week +36.4 pts this season
You trying to say something? Or trying to cause an argument? Coz if you are trying to cause an argument then I'd jus edit the post.
4. Re: April 30-May 6

Jazirizi to beat Giquel @ 1.80 with NordicBet Giquel is a grandad and also a headcase ... he often spurns opportunities and isn't consistent for an entire match, Jaziri has played a lot of clay court tennis this year and he is going to be on his own turf in Tunisia up against Giqcuel .. Giqcuel will put up a fight but in the end, I see the Tunisian having enough due to home support to come through in the end. 7/10 in the confidence stakes
Loses a tight opening set and then loved. lol What a piss-take, at home as well, blacklisted, what an idiot.
5. Re: April 30-May 6

Kanepi to beat Cetkovska @ 3/4 with Panbet and if you have a Betfair account 5/6 Kanepi is a class apart from Cetkovska, she possesses the ability to strike winners from most places on the court, the reason her odds are priced favourably is she can often prove a little inconsistent as she is an aggressive player. I feel the higher bounce now playing on clay will suit her as she is owning the time now to strike that blow. Cetkovska is a headcase, she is extremely erratic, talented player don't get me wrong, but very streaky, string of well played points here and a string of disastrously played points there. Can get away with this against the lesser players, but when you start drifting into the top realms of the game, nah ugh, not even. 7/10 in the confidence stakes Stake not matching the confidence stakes purely because its WTA and as I've mentioned somany times in the past, women are emotional creatures.
HIT! :D

Right, simple stuff here. shor: next time you have a go at ImLovinIt, you're binned. Your tone stinks. ImLovinIt: one more post suggesting you're the best thing since a lamb kebab and you're gone too. Sick of all this egotistical rubbish. Final warning for the pair of you.
Mate I said one little line, that's all, I think its healthier for the tennis section of this forum if me and him don't even converse. Lamb Kebab LOOOOOOOOOOL!
7. Re: April 30-May 6 Stan Wawrinka to beat Robin Haase 2-0 @ Evens with William Hill This should be plain Stan this one, he's done a lot of hard training in the build up to the clay-court season, he skipped a masters series on hard jus so he could have the right preparation. In Monte Carlo he was phenomenal with scintilating performances to beat Feliciano Lopez and Almagro ... he even causes the king of clay Rafa a trouble or two. Robin Haase is not known for being much good on this surface and I cannot understand the respect the bookmakers are paying towards him here. He struggled in the last round to overcome a qualifier ranked 188 ... he was a set and a break down before coming back and scraping through. Robin possesses no real weapons other than his serve and I believe Stan should have this done in quick time with a break in each set doing the business. 8/10 in the confidence stakes

9. Re: April 30-May 6

Yeah but the bookies are not going to be pricing up the match as 50-50 on the basis of him beating Marcel Granollers six weeks ago on a hardcourt in Miami. Hanescu is a good bet regardless though. Rosol is notoriously hot and cold.
Its a contributive factor, they look at everything bookies and they move their markets based on where the punters go.

WTA Budapest Hsieh to bt Martic @2.34 Pinnacle (2/10) Continuing to push my luck on Budapest clay :-) Martic is best on speedy surfaces, and her results on clay are not that much convincing. She played 7-5 the second set vs local Borsanyi at odds 1.01 - 18.25 !!! Hsieh, on the other hand, defeated the quality local claycourter Timea Babosz in the first round 67 64 61, and IMO there is no reason for her being an underdog other than rank. H2H 1-0 for Hsieh (this year, Kuala Lumpur, Martic retired in the decider). Shieh should be fresh because she did not play last two weeks (the same applie for Martic, however). GL :hope
No chance mate, I watched these two play each other a few months back and Martic was shitting all over her until she got injured and had to retire. Think your asking for a lot to pull this punt off. Best of luck though.
12. Re: April 30-May 6 Hanescu to beat Rosol @ Evens with Betfair Absolute and utter gift, ABSOLUTE AND UTTER GIFT! Rosol has the bookmakers fooled with his default victory over M, Granollers, Granollers has barely played all season and hasn't shown any sign of moving back into his form towards the end of last year. Hanescu is a season clay couter, he's sic on this surface, a true hustler with a top serve to regularly buy his way out of trouble. Should be relatively easy in the end. 10/10 in the confidence stakes

13. Re: World Championship - April 21st - May 7th Thanks for the writeups Kev, was jus wondering, wouldn't it be better and possibly more logical to take Mathew Stevens to make atleast 2 centuries as opposed to both of them accumulating atleast 3 ... as granted Ryan failed to make a single one in his second round match, the chances of him making two in a match against a somewhat more skilled opponent I guess you could say, would be less? So in other words backing over 2.5 between them both would be virtually the same as backing over 1.5 for Stevens and possibly less risky with also a better price @ 6/5? I'm deliberating between the two and would like your take on it.

14. Re: World Championship - April 21st - May 7th

Judd Trump vs Ali Carter over 22.5 frames 4/5 skybet this should be close trump is not playing his best and his opponent is playing great Andrew Higginson vs Jamie Jones over 21.5 frames 4/6 skybet two players who are evenly matched in playing ability and both are desperate to win
Could you expand on reasoning please mate?
15. Re: April 30-May 6 Not touching shit tomorrow, too pissed off from Azarenka playing on despite being injured, plus nothing really strikes me, I can usually pluck out a bet the bookies have marked down as 50/50 or 60/40 and take it with the confidence of it being 70/30 or better but not tomorrow. Lorenzi and Lajovic strike me, but not taking either.

16. Re: April 23 - April 29

Looks like you ran into this trap with a handicap. Be happy you did not post it here :-) What was most funny about Sharapova was that she celebrated the victory like as if she had won a fully regular match with healthy Vika. But there is one thing good on this result - it is going to raise odds on Vika next time.
I'm going HEAVY in on Victoria next time and I took 2-0 actually and then chased after she was a set down, moment I hit bet with the chase bet, the word was she had a wrist injury. Really pisses me off bro and yeah, gonna have to wait till they meet next time, hope its @ the French.
17. Re: April 23 - April 29

Bertens to beat Pious @ 5/4 with Panbet I watched Bertens dismantle Halep with interest today and my lord was she on fire, the woman has everything going for on this surface. Variety, big serve, good deep groundstrokes with topspin and an ability to fire a winner when she has the chance. I was ridiculously impressed with her mental resolve and perseverance and it's no suprise to me looking back at the names she's knocked out on the way to this final. (WC)Intissar Rassif(NR,-6.71) (MAR) 6-0 6-0 Recap Match Stats

That really is a shockingly good list from the first round onwards! They are 1-1 in the head to heads with Bertens winning their most recent match on indoor hard back in October 2011 .. Pous won their match a month prior to that quite convincingly however love and 3 on clay. Never-the-less, Bertens was almost virtually a year younger back then and had only jus burst onto the tour. I watched Pous today against Johanson and was only moderatily impressed, whilst she looked quite promising on both wings ... she often found it difficult to deal with the heavy ball on a consistent basis. Bertens on the other front was much the opposite. Bertens = Better form, better talent and better mental resolve .. I see the 20 year old qualifier setting her own fairy-tale story here. 9/10 in the confidence stakes
:loon Little too sic!!!!!
18. Re: April 23 - April 29

1) It's not copied. You don't own the copyright to such phrases as 'her fairy-tale story'. Being an English Literature student, I've come across it a fair few times in my reading. 2) Don't mention other forums or betting/tips websites in the PL forums. 3) Just stick to the tips and insightful write-ups. :ok
Trust me, its copied, he even mentioned how he watched both Semi Finals, jus as I mentioned I had. Guys a fraud. I won't mention other sites again though, no worries Fishy. Just absolutely and utterly infuriates me! PS: He's copied a few tips of mine, looking at his history, oh well, I should feel flattered I guess? lol
19. Re: April 23 - April 29

Was waiting for those lazy tossers at Bet 365 to put markets up (was gonna for overs because I'm sure handicap would've 4/6 or something) but at 1 am they still hadn't bothered to put any up' date=' so I just went for a Raonic win instead. Unfortunately Milos returned to the limited player that seems to improve but never actually does. I realised that after I said he improved in my reasoning for the match. He hasn't actually improved at all really.[/quote'] You could have used Dial-A-Bet ... that's what I do when the bookies are late with markets.

Laura Pous Tio to beat Kiki Bertens. 1.943 @ Pinnacle Two players in their first ever WTA finals here. Kiki Bertens has had an incredible run, given this is the first time she has even won a match at WTA level. She was excellent yesterday in beating Simona Halep, but she has played a lot of tennis this week and fatigue may begin to creep in. She has already admitted that she is very nervous ahead of the final, but if she can hit the ball as well as she did yesterday, she will have a chance. Pous Tio is very much a clay court player and has had some decent results on the surface last year with a couple of quarter-finals and a semi-final at WTA level. She has had a couple of good results this week and showed good mental resilience to beat a on-form Johansson yesterday. I think her greater experience and quality at this level should just about see her through, although it is likely to be a close-fought match, and at these odds, I would certainly be tempted to back her here...
Can't agree with this at all, Bertens showed no evidence she suffers from nerves on the big stage, NONE WHATSOEVER! I also believe Pous is one of those average clay courters, she's nothing spectacular, someone who would mop up a few top 20 to top 50 players in the first week of the French perhaps, but she's nothing special. Bertens has can play with topspin, flatten out the shot and even comprehensively without any jitters finish off points through when needing to come to the net. She is very consistent as well as packing that extra punch. Good luck with your bet though.
