UTG flips over T4, other guy has 55 Flop 6TT 4 6 Can't do anything about these...... errr players to put it extremely politely :rollin But it's also part & parcel of having multiple 1p satellites

    Re: Community Giveaway - Bart(UK) DTD £250 Seat Quick update: I will most likely be playing the DTD3000 online final (£250 buyin) next Monday (18th Aug) or the Monday after (25th Aug). This is currently the only available tournament either live or online for this token, although I'm sure there would be other opportunities before the year end. Playing online also allows railing should anyone wish to follow progress (or lack of lol). The tournament currently has 3x £3k seats guaranteed which I understand can be used to buy into the £1m Guaranteed WPT(UK) main event in November. It's a long shot so don't expect too much, but if successful that would make a nice live sweat for everyone :)

    Further to what Bart has already written, and to record it on the thread, we have reached an agreement for a full 100% stake to play in the IPO Newcastle tournament. Bart is providing the seat in full, and will receive full stakeback plus a tiered payout of any profit. If I cash but go out before FT - Bart 62.5% Samba 37.5% If I reach the FT - Bart 57.5% Samba 42.5% Should I win the tournament - Bart 50% Samba 50% I've contacted Rhino off-forum to thank him for trying to get the ball rolling, and of course many thanks to Bart for giving me the opportunity to play a big tourney on my doorstep. :hope for us
    I confirm staking agreed as per Pete's post above which we've pulled together over the last couple of days with helpful input from both Rhino & BoylePoker. Transfer of €230 seat+€50 cash combo has been made via BoylePoker, Pete will double check that he can reg with the resulting €280 seat later on. I've been struggling with the logistics of playing either IPO Dublin or Newcastle myself and so to give a fellow PL member a chance to experience the buzz of a big international tournament, especially one close to them is I believe a great deal for us both and for the PL community overall. I too want to thank Rhino for his input and help with this and I've said that I'm more than happy if Rhino & Pete want to swap a small % of each other privately, I just didn't want things to get overly complicated or messy. I wish them both and all PL members playing IPO Newcastle the very best of luck and above all else just go and have fun, they're great opportunities but enjoy yourselves first & foremost :ok

    Re: IPO Newcastle stake request - Samba Just to give notice and to be totally upfront and fair to Rhino, I've been discussing a possible 100% staking with Pete for this event. We're currently discussing the finer details and it may or may not result in a staking agreement. At this stage I would only really be interested in a 100% deal though, sorry Rhino.

Also appreciate that a lot of active & supportive members just happened to not be around yesterday, so missed out. Will probably do a few similar things in future to incorporate more of those, supporting each other has benefits :ok Also shout if I missed anyone out and I'll adjust the % accordingly, was kind of tired last night when writing up ;)

Should probably stick to usual routine and give myself a reward night off after a successful but intense grind the last few nights, carrots and sticks etc. Might do the odd pennyroll though, so much value available to those prepared to put the effort in. Playing pretty good at the moment too, not just last night but all the bubbled games the night before and even the Boyle league recently too. More importantly I'm beginning to mentally get back in shape and accept the many suckouts and beats without going apesh*t. Once again apologies to anyone on the wrong end of me going ape in recent months. For anyone interested or thinking I just got lucky (which does help ofc :) ), played total of 143 pennyrolls on and off over the last 2 weeks, the hard way with no rebuys/addons/re entries, winning tokens in 17 of them. Converted 2 of those 17 (£250 seat & £25 cash) and bubbled 3 more (£125 seat, 2x£50 seats). Not a bad ITM or ROI from £1.43 especially given no rebuys in unlimited rebuy & often hour late reg games. My views of level playing fields are already well documented in these pages. Edges in poker are incredibly small but putting volume in helps to allow ICM to work, I'd lost sight of that for a while.

    Depressed now, no fun winning when good friends just miss out. :sad Small % of my choosing (like 5% or something to be decided later on) of my seat to be shared out amongst all those who contributed to this thread (and thereby keeping the forum alive) before this post of mine. Small to reflect the amount of grinding I've had to do to get it, but decent return if I bink big ;) Not sure yet whether to play a 250 DTD event or might perhaps play the 3k final looking to try to get a WPT m/e seat. Thoughts welcomed but ultimately my decision to make. wp all, great deep runs.

    Not a staking as such, but listing here to document everything properly. Full details to be filled in/will follow when I get the chance. On Aug 12th 2014, I Bart(UK) binked a £250 DTD seat (via 1p, SemiFinal & online Final Satellites). As a thank you to those helping to keep the community alive and helping railing my success all those contributing to the daily thread on that day prior to my stated post will get a equal share (totalling 5%) of any cash, if any, resulting from the stated seat.

    • Bart(UK) retains 95% of seat value and any resulting cash
    • Danshot 0.7143% of any resulting cash when played
    • luckboxnemo 0.7143%
    • teaulc 0.7143%
    • Dasboot 0.7143%
    • repton3 0.7143%
    • Washman 0.7143%
    • Rhino_Power 0.7143%

    Token Expiry: 10th Dec 2014 Event to be played: Not yet decided, possibly DTD250 or DTD3k Online final in an attempt to gain a £3k WPT m/e Seat. Terms

    1. Welcome suggestions on what to use the token on, but Bart(UK) gets final say on what to play, when and how.
    2. % offered is a % in any cash won, if any, of this token only. If the token is lost or withdrawn by DTD/ipoker for any reason (over my dead body they will lol), there will be no payout.
    3. Bart(UK) reserves the right to increase the % given out if so wishes, but minimum of the amount shown will apply.
    4. If played live, Bart(UK) will pick up all costs of travel & accomodation, there is nothing to be paid out by the "7"
    5. Additional terms may be applied at a later date as Bart(UK) feels appropriate.
    6. Bart(UK)'s decision on all aspects will be final. This is a fun event in the spirit of community friendship. In the event of any dispute or if members would prefer not to take part a charity will be found for their respective share.
