I have Grosvenor running normally and Betfair in the box. I'd follow teaulc's advice - uninstall, reboot your machine and reinstall.

    Still no tickets for me despite mailing them yesterday. Somehow i got into last nights action but not allowing me to reg now.
    Are you sure you need a ticket, m8? I didn't have a ticket when I registered around lunchtime. They appear to have been having problems attaching to ipoker this afternoon ("technical issues") but it seems to be working now.

    My last day of poker for a few days as I'm playing chess tomorrow and we're away for the weekend, so I need to make it count tonight: Betfair $2,500 Freeroll Grosvenor PL GUKPT League Probably some Full Tilt $5 sngs if I bomb ( which won't happen - think positive!)
    No, I won't be playing both as they're both on ipoker. Just the Grosvenor and full tilt then!

    I'm done for the night. Getting bad mouthed every time I play a GPS sat these days. Find it so desperately sad that people become so jealous overnight at others successes to the point they have to shout their mouths off every time. Same type of player obviously each time, without a win of any sort to their name, not even a freeroll yet been playing for years. Maybe it's because I'm still happily playing the micro stakes? They just don't get why I play poker and that it doesn't always have to be about money or profit. Was amusing at first, but now it's just sad.
    I was a bit shocked when I read this last night. I had always thought the poker "community" were sensible decent people - Ok with a few idiots, but generally all right, particularly at the hobby levels I play at. But this sort of thing is just beyond the pale. Why would people do this other than total envy? And who the hell wants to be shown up as the sad fvck they are? Do they all have Forrest Gump as an avatar? I mean I'd be wanting to know how you did it and what you did with the winnings and staying well away of playing big pots with you! Just block their chat and move on,. These small minded morons aren't worth thinking about (other than nicking their chips, of course). EB

    That was me! Yep, you were unlucky, but remember the blinds were 100/200 when you went all in for your last $15.....the lad on the Big Blind had no choice with his K7s. 1st Tourney for a while so nice to finish in first place even if there were only 32 runners! Thanks for posting, eddy41 TQM
    Oh, yeah, sure - I was dead in the water. What I meant was it's just really irritating how I always seem to get AA or KK the hand after I've just donked off most of my stack. (Not that it would have helped in this instance). Also even if I hadn't played the AKs I was still doomed. Well played!

    Baghiera, You should have received an email from David Abrams giving you the info. The prize is NOT an online ticket - it is a £100 + £10 side event seat at a GUKPT. If you can't find the email PM me your email addy and I'll forward you the one I got (to a very old email address I haven't used in years, lol). Paul, When do I get the trophy btw?
