  1. Did you watch her after winning AO two years ago? She played in Doha and lost in two sets in the very first round. She's got the consistency problem.

I am thinking to try the final for Kasatkina. She already twice returned in matches after saving match points. Svitolina sometimes is capable to anger herself. This could harm her a lot. The problem is that the Ukraininan has killer instincts in the finals with amazing record in tournaments. Also she will be fresher physically and mentally. On the other hand it's clear that Pliskova and Kerber weren't at their best. While Konta and Muguruza played pretty well in the first two sets, before the missed match points destroyed their game.

Maybe odds around 4 has some value. What do you think?

  2. The good run continues this week. Here are two props from Rancho Santa Fe

    Doi - Vickery 3.35 Bet 365

The last time Doi won two matches in a row n such a convincing fashion was many months ago. She is pretty good tennis player and maybe this will be the tournament, where she could be back. Earlier this month Vickery suffered an injury. Her season so far is not so nice. I expect for her to have real difficulties here. She beat two rounds, but against very weak opponents. Now she will meet someone who is showing good tennis. I wouldn't give more than 2.50 to Doi for this match.

    Muhammad - Duval 2.13 Pinnacle

Duval made an impressive run last season. Her biggest problem are the injuries. So far this season she is 4:3, which is not so nice. In the first round Duval overcame Vania King, but was overplayed during the match, according the stats. It's not so nice showing for Duval. Muhammad is flying now after strong last week. She is heading for another final with two wins over very game rivals. I fancy Asia here as the favorite.

  3. Guys, can't find Olympics topic, but here are two interesting propositions from the last competition from Men biathlon relay 4x7.5 km.

    Germany - Norway 2.49 H2H Pinnacle

The two strongest nations are clashing each other. Germany here is in amazing shape. They placed four of their relay members on Top 12 in the sprint competition. Norway are not so fast. Also the conditions will not be so good as yesterday we saw awful winds during women relay and a lot of misses in the range. In previous Olympics Germany beat Norway.

    Bulgaria - USA 2.32 H2H Pinnacle

Bulgarians are trying to put their best performence here after some disapointments of their stars Anev and Iliev. They are competing with the same team from a long time ago. The two other guys - Sinapov and Gerdzhikov showed pretty good results for their qualities in the competitions here. USA also have two good competitors, who are good shooters, but here the conditions are against them. I see this at least 50/50. Let's now forget that in the only relay in the World cup this season USA finished 24th with a lot of mistakes, while Bulgarians were 9th.

  4. Kasatkina - Muguruza 3.36 Pinnacle

Kasatkina already took three valuable scalps, Agnieshka, Konta and Vesnina. She is improving with each match. Against Agnieshka, she has big problems with her first serve. Muguruza's first match here against Bellis was pretty close. She beat Garcia more on mental level (beat her previous week as well). Both met earlyer last season and Muguriza won with a tiebreak in the third, where Kasatkina missed a matchball. Still Muguruza is a favorite here, but not with such big odds for Kasatkina. Maybe 2.75 would be more reasonable.

  5. Krajnovic - Pouille 3.06 Pinnacle

Krajnovic is one of the best indoor players around. He is showing improvement of the form after the injury. I was very close today to bet on him vs Simon and I am very sorry to not do it. Pouille, on the same time, was pretty close to lose from Herbert, he was down 3:6 and 0:3 in the tiebreak of the second set, but showed mentality. Last week he was beaten by Rublev.

  6. ITF Rancho Santa Fe

Lorraine Guillermo - Ann Li 3.75 Bet 365

Guillermo is well known for stunning big names. She beat one of the most promissing young players Kayla Day 6:3, 7:6 and before that in the Q also stunned two more favorites. Now she will face Ann Li, 17-years old talent, who is doing pretty well here. Li beat very easy Chirico, who is not in her best shape. Ann Li is 2:0 in H2H vs Guillermo, but both matches were in three sets, but still the odds are pretty tempting.

  7. Ellis - Soeda 3.53

I don't like to follow up on a winning bet, but here there is a sense. Ellis continues to demolish his opponents with his serve. He did it yesterday against Ito. Soeda is 33 and probably he will never reach again his Top 50. In the last year he was beaten by the likes of Ellis here and there. He had big problems in beating the first round. Now against Ellis it will be another tough challenge. Everything over 3.00 in this match is a value.

  8. Kicker - Verdasco 3.35 Pinnacle

Last week both met and lost by Pella. Kicker took the first set, but lost 4:6, 4:6 the next two. Verdasco was destroyed. Kicker was very convinsing against Burgos, while Verdasco beat better opponent in three sets as Mayer. Today Verdasco also played on doubles, the match is still running and is in three sets. I They met last year in Houston, Verdasco won 7:6, 6:1, but Kicker was totally out of form. Now he could do it better and with odds over 3 is a must play.

  9. Hozumi - Taylor 3.00 Bet365

Hozumi scored  first convincing win over long time against game Tjandramulja 6:2,  6:0. Eri is number one seated here and she need points after awful start of the season. According to the stats she was very aggressive. Taylor is on fire currently, but this will be her 12th match in 22 days. A lot for a young girl. She showed first signs of tireness last week. Now she is up against Hozumi, who is very experienced player.

  10. Arnaboldi - Quinzi 3.10 Pinnacle

Quinzi is extremely overrated player. He started with easy win over total out of form Basso, who still managed to cause him some problems. Arnaboldi beat far better opponent - Gleb Saharov with 70+% won points on 1st and 2nd serve. I can't accept such odds, which are not fair for Arnaboldi.

  11. Osaka - Svitolina 3.16

Osaka destroyed Mladenovic very easy. She played like smaller version of Serina. Hitting big winners and 180+ km/h serves. She did the same with Kontaveit. Svitolina has a lot of points to defend, but she had a close match in her opener. H2H is 2:1 for Osaka, including AO and WTA Tokio wins. Huge odds for Osaka, who I think deserve max 2.50. I suppose the odds for her will drop to around 2.7 before the start of the match.

  12. One for tomorrow's Delrey Beach schedule

Skugor (+1.5 sets) vs Chung 3.10 Pinnacle

Skugor is still without losing set here. He is capable to hold his service game. Chung is returning after the foot problems at AO. He gave a set to Noirre, who isn't so much better player then Skugor. Also Chung sometimes have big problems with consistency.

  13. Three more props for today

Buzarnescu/Bara vs Blinkova Jurak 2.30 Unibet

Buzarnesko was demolished on singles by AVU, but she had her chances at the beginning of the match. Then she gave up in the second. The Romanian double knows very well each other, while Blinkova and Jurak are together for the first time. Jurak isn't in her best shape. Blinkova can hit big serves, but she pretty easy lost her nerves.

    Jarry - Ramos 3.00 bet365

Jarry is playing great at the moment. He is seving like a monster. He scored nice win over GGL and a good presentation here will help him to make a personal ranking best. Ramos didn't play like a Top 20 star. He has problems with stamina in the second and third set.

    Muhammad - Jang Su Jeong 2.37 bet365

Muhammad finally showed her class in her previous tournament, where she reached the final. She loves the surface and reached semifinal here in 2016. Jang Su Jeong is a big enigma. She is 3/5 this season and didn't impress with the results.

  14. 1 hour ago, Fader said:

    4pts E.Vesnina to beat J.Ostapenko 11/8 Bet365
    1pt E.Vesnina to win 2-0 3/1 Ladbrokes

It feels like Ostapenko is just on a big strop at the moment. Maybe her major win came too soon but she seems to be struggling at the moment and doesn't have the attitude and concentration to get back into her groove. The "unknown" factor has gone and she has to work harder to hit the lines.

Vesnina has the experience on her side here and has points to protect and I fancy her to win this one. I'm also taking a punt on the 2-0 victory based soley on Ostapenko's attitude when she's down.

I watched a bit of Vesnina against Peng. She isn't serving as usual, which is one of her major weapons. Peng was injured and have problems with moving. But you are right about Ostapenko, who self destroyed last week.

  15. Blake Elis - Ito 4.30

Elis is on fire. He is serving very well and just beat a guy, who is around 250 convincingly (despite three sets). The dude loves hard courts. Ito is just a shadow from his best days. He is still capable to put a good performance, but phisycally he is not ok. I watched his match against Mcdonald and he struggles with movement after and injury the previous week. The odds here are too big. Elis already stunned two favorites. It will be a competitive match up.

  16. Some nice picks from today. Let's hope the week will kick of nicer than Monday:

Katie Boulter - Taylor Townsend 3.5 Bet 365

The season for Townsend started awful. She is 1/3 so far and in her last match was beaten convinsingly by Teichman. Probably she got some problems, because she missed a lot of tournaments or probably her coaches were thinking that she need special trainings. Boulter is improving a lot and she already scored nice wins this season against Abanda and Anderson. I think the match is pretty close. Katie is former Top 10 among juniors and is capable to make big break this season (she is enjoying her career best now after strong 2017)

Paquet - Von Deichman 2.78 Pinnacle

Paquet finally started to find her form. She reached QF and SF in her last two tournaments on indoor beating top opponent like Perrin. Von Deichman was beaten already three times this season by outsiders. She had struggled against far weaker opponents as Udvardy. Pretty close match with nice odds.

    Saez Larra - Muchova 2.30

Not big difference between them in rankings, but Saez Larra showed nice form in Scotland in her previous tournament reaching the SF and beating three favorites. Muchova is nothing special and indoor is not her best surface. I can't see her favorite.

    Horanski - Ignatik 3.23 Betonline

Horanski played only on indoor this season and he already scored three wins here in the Q, beating Jahn and Vanni in two sets. Ignatik played against better oponents and lost, but he is a guy, who either is on top form, or can't pass first or second round in the tournaments.

    Lacko - Gojowcik 2.34 Pinnacle

I missed the earlier odds that were around 2.5, but this is still ok. Lacko showed pretty nice form in Sofia with his great serve, only to lost in a close match against in top form Kovalik. Gojowcik injured his foot against Mannarino and I am not sure if he will be able to recover so fast.

    Arrends/Middlekoop vs Beneteau/Mahut 2.8 Pinnacle

Arrends and Middlekoop are in great form so far. Middlekoop won ATP Sofia's doubles. On the other hand both Beneteau Mahut will enter the singles event here so they will need double focus to be on 100% here to defend their title from last year. Mahut played a total of 7 matches last week, after winning doubles in Rotherdam. Benetau is 0/1 on doubles this season.

    Dzumhur/Sanchic vs Megrea/Nestor 2.47

Megrea and NEstor are miles away from their best days. Megrea is 1/4 and NEstor is 2/6 this season. Dzumhur and Sanchic teamed up pretty well last season. They reached the final at ATP Moscow (indoor) stunning three favorites. Sanchic played three finals on Challenger level this season,

  17. Inglis - Khromacheva, Perth ITF, 3.48 Pinnacle

Inglis is on fire. She is very low on ranks, but is playing great. She just beat Gabriela Tayor, who won a tournament last week. Khromacheva is pretty good player for that level, but her level of opposition was far more weaker then Inglis, who never have problems in Perth. I see the odds here for Inglis at 2.5 max.
