Trainer M L W Bell has a form of 1-3-5-1-2-2-10-3-4-10-3 since 16May with Oat Cuisine being his only runner today. Jockey Richard Hughes has a form of 1-2-5-10-3-1-2-2-7-5-7-3 since 22May. Oat Cuisine so far has a slow start on the switch to Turf from All Weather. Only Turf run by Oat Cuisine was a poor 12 of 13, beaten 28L on Good to Soft. All Weather form was 7-2-1-3-2 so I think price for today is acceptable. 3pts ew @ 22-1 Blue Square Newmarket 5:15 Princess Taylor Finished 3 of 11 and 7 of 11 the last two starts - both at Lingfield (AW). Both starts had jockey Mr N Sholfield who is again booked for today. This is the third start here for Master John so based on previous runnings here he's a good price at 8-1s. Re: UTTOXETER SATURDAY 17th MAY Uttoxeter 8:40 Major Rumble Trainer A King has 4 NHF runners today and I think Major Rumble is where the best value is. He is to be ridden by jockey Robert Thornton. Thornton has 2 wins and 1 third from the last 3 NHF runs for King. Both wins was at this course while the third was finished at Aintree. :clap2:45 Newbury Creachadoir (0.5 pt e/w) Godolphin have taken plenty of stick following Ibn Khaldun's Classic flop but Creachadoir can hopefully come out on top today With Ibn Khaldun failing to make the grade in the 2000 Guineas, many pundits were predicting a gloomy season for the Dubai-based outfit. However, Godolphin have a great record in this Group One contest and Creachadoir makes plenty of appeal in race lacking strength in depth. The four-year-old was good enough to finish second in both the French and Irish 2000 Guineas last season and was not beaten far in the St James's Palace Stakes either. Admittedly his last run in Dubai was not up to scratch, but the race was really not run to suit and there will be few better opportunities than this for a big-race win. :hope -
Doncaster 7:15 Misplaced Fortune One of the few who has raced at least 6 times. Not been seen since Oct07 but two of her last efforts was for placed 3rd at York and Newmarket. Re: Hamilton 16 May 2008 Hamilton 8:35 Turbo Linn Only 10th of 14 LTO to end last year but won 8 straight prior to it. With that 8 wins I think 2-1 is good value for this one. Owner Philip Newton has a high percentage of winning on Turf. 13 wins from 59 runs the past 5 seasons from Newton and Sugar Ray so far looks to be his top horse this season. He is one of 6 in this field to have a Topspeed rating of 100+ in 4 of the last 6 ratings. Also, 1 of 4 to have a Topspeed rating of 100+ in the last two runnings - others are Fleeting Spirit, Judd Street, and Reverence. 2pts ew @ 33-1 Ladbrokes Haydock 3:35 Off The Record Won LTO at this course (6f) making all the running from the same draw today. Drop to 5f should not be a problem. His lifetime 5f form has 3 wins from 5 starts. Overall form has 5 wins and 2 seconds from 12 starts - 4/4 on the All Weather. Jockey Paul Hanagan is to be on board for the first time. Hanagan is currently in winning form going into today - 2-3-4-8-2-2-1-7 since 08May.
