Re: PL_Crewman | Sports-Punter Reject Cheltenham 2:00 Deep Purple Won his first Graded race to end last year and started this year with a good second in his firt Grade 1 event. He has been the best runner over the past year for trainer Evan Williams - 5 wins and 1 second from 6 runs since 25May07. Those outings are his only National Hunt experience and I think he is still capable of more improvemnt. His defeat last time out was the Tolworth against a Nicholls/Walsh runner (Breeszbreeze). Trends does not point him out to be a good candidate to be the winner but he's shown enough to think he can be placed. Plus he is one of two horses I have chosen to follow all season from Williams' stable - the other is Hypnotic Vibes. 3pts ew @ 16-1 Betfred BOG Cheltenham 5:20 Hypnotic Vibes Has three wins from four career hurdle runs. He entered his last race from an 80 days break and won by a neck - Handicap debut, Class 3. Stablemate of Deep Purple and also has plenty of room to improve. With what he showed last time I think he's well prepared to go up against tougher competition again. This will be his second run at this course and I think he's in better shape this time. His last run here was for a 9th of 10 (Juvenile Novices' Hurdle) but backed as the 5-2 second favorite so there may be more from him. Plus he is one of two horses I have chosen to follow all season from Williams' stable - the other is Deep Purple. 2pts ew @ 80-1 Sportingbet Sedgefield 1:40 Senora Snoopy Has been doing well all year - 2nd of 14, 3rd of 18, and 2nd of 17. Both second-placed efforts came in a 'Mares' only event. The lone third-placed run was for a defeat of 2 lengths to Amrbosnni and Just Amazing in a Class 3 "National Hunt" Novices' Hurdle. He's really been well all season (4-2-2-3-2) so I think he is one that is really ready for today. Jockey booked is a firt time jockey with her but she's never had one jockey on consecutive runs all season so it should not a problem. Jockey Ewan Whillans recently won for trainer Ferdy Murphy, 6 days ago on Kingsbury (4-1) at Catterick on Good to Firm ground. 10pts win @ 13-8 Betfred BOG

The ground today will help alot and it really looks fitting for another best career run. So far on Good ground he has 3 seconds and 2 third from 6 - here and France on Flat and NH. She remains with the jockey that was on board the first two so an improvement is likely. She was 4th last time out and had A King's 11-4F Over Sixty just 2 lengths and a neck ahead of her. If she is to be in the same condition last time I think it'll be enough to get her in the money. 5pts ew @ 8-1 Totesport Warwick 5:35 Don't Tell Louie Only runner to have experineced Good to Firm going, 6th of 11 beaten 20 lengths. That was his second career run and it was far better than his debut of 14 of 17 (beaten 102 lengths) on Soft ground. Worth a small gamble at the price and her having experience on this type of going is a good advantage in this type of races. 2pts ew @ 50-1 Sportingbet Warwick 5:35 Lady Of Rathcannon Big price. Even though he has finished 16 of 17 and 15 of 18 (beaten 162+ and 76 lengths) I think it is worth a shot with her. She is trained by A King and jockey Gerard Tumelty is booked for the first time with her. The previous runs was with amateur riders so what she has done is something that can be forgiven. King also has another runner that has stable jockey Robert Thornton on board. But, King and Tumelty has a respectable record in their bumper combo, 8 wins from 21 this year. King has also been busy with bumpers lately and Lady Of Rathcannon should be bet on at such a price. King has a form of 1-2-6-1-1-5-4-2 since 24Feb with bumper runners. 2pts ew @ 66-1 Betfred Warwick 5:35 Pride Of Mine Price looks very good for a bet on this one. His three runs are good for 4-4-3. The latest was for a defeat of just 1 1/2L in a Class 5 that had a winner of 1-2 favorite. The latest was at this course and distance in a Class 3 Novices' Handicap Chase beating Autograph by 1 3/4l. The two wins are in Novices' Handicap Chase while the other runs are in Handicap Chase. Quinn's Amber Warrior had his best run in a 2m race, 2nd of 16. Other runs was at 2m3f and they were nor so good. Quillan Hill also has Bal Birnie to worry about who is dropping in Class after two Class 3 runs this year. 10pts lay to place @ 1.18 Betfair 10pts lay to win @ 2.02 Betfair Market Rasen 5:15 Loch Oscaig Others are in good enough form to give a good challenge. Alam is been a Class 3 the past two runs and should improve on his lastest (23Feb) after not being raced for almost a year. Cyborg De Sou has a second and third from two runs here (Chases) and looks to be in good shape based on his 2nd of 6 LTO. The Nomad is the only course winner, one win and two seconds from four runs here. The only run Art Virginia was able to finish from his last four runs was at this course (05Feb). Tampa Boy won his hurdle debut last time out but Maremotto is taken down from a tougher race last time out. His latest was a 3m run at Ludlow (Good) losing by 1.25 lengths to Mendosino (V. Williams/A. Coleman) and 3rd runner was 14 lengths behind. This will be his 4th start for the stable and with the progess made I think he's worth a shot to believe he can run a big race today. 5pts ew @ 7-1 Bet365 BOG Sandown 2:05 Rapid Increase Jockey A P McCoy has 10 wins from 30 hurdle runs for owner Mrs Gay Smith this season - 2 from 18 in chases. Rapid Increase won his last run by 1.25 lengths and third was another 13 lengths back in a 2m1f contest at Bangor, Feb 08. Trainer Jonjo O'Neill has 1 win, 2 seconds, and 1 third from the last 5 runs going into today. The hurdle track here is also the only place where O'Neill has been able to send winners, 9 wins from 37 the past 5 seasons with just 0 wins from 16 chase and 0 form 3 bumpers. This course also looks to be a great course for McCoy to return as he has a 31% strike rate at the hurdle track here the past 5 seasons - 16 wins from 52, just 5 from 30 at chases. Rapid Increase is only on his 5th career run so I believe he is eligible for further improvement - current lifetime form has two wins and one second from four runs, all hurdles. 5pts ew @ 17-2 Blue Square Sandown 3:15 Mon Michel Having a good season, 9th, 1st, and 3rd in three starts. His win came last December in a Listed event at Newbury having fight French Sailaie for the 3/4 length win. That was followed up with a 3rd of 13 at Sandown but ran well that day, winner was P F Nicholls' Five Dream by 3 lengths. Mon Michel has been in good shape throughout his NH career so I think today is something he is prepared for especially after not being raced for the Totesport Trophy. 5pts ew @ 9-1 Totesport Sandown 3:50 Over Sixty One of three entries from trainer A King in this race. Over Sixty is who I believe can have the best run of the three based on jockey booking of Gerard Tumelty. The trainer and jockey as a combo in bumpers has 11 wins from 37 lifetime - 8 wins from 20 this season. The other two jockeys for King in bumpers the past 5 seasons has 21 wins from 127 (Robert Thornton) and 2 wins from 5 (Mr C Huxley) - 6/39 and 2/4 this year. Over Sixty is also the more experienced of the three runners with three runs (2-1-2) and the other two with two runs each. The only time Over Sixty won was the only run with Tumelty for jockey - 22Nov07. 3pts ew @ 28-1 Stan James BOG Sandown 4:25 Gentle John 13 lengths at Kempton 6 days ago. Jockey on board that day is the same as today, Mr J Guerriero. His jumping was not perfect but was good enough to be clear 3 out and be unchallenged. He dissapointed punters last time out when beaten 4-6 favorite at the first try over the course and distance. I think he's one to be well trained as he comes from the M A Jarvis/N Callan team. Also owned by Sheikh Ahmed AL Maktoum, 4 wins from 18 3yo's this year - 7 more finished second and 1 third. Jarvis has 7 wins from 28 Maktoum runners on the all weather the past 5 seasons - 3yo's only - Callan has 2 wins from 5. Only Jarvis runner today and the last runner was a Class 2 winner at this course (12f). 10pts win @ 7-2 Betfred

Re: PL_Crewman | Sports-Punter Reject Leicester 2:20 Bouncing King Unable to be placed in two runs this season - 3rd of 7 and 4th of 9 but booking jockey Jason Maguire might help improve that form. Trainer D McCain has Maguire on board the most wins this season with 20 (from 107). The traner and jockey combo has 10 wins from 47 chase runs this season. Bouncing King is on his fourth chase run and I think he will be able to improve. His hurdle form was very good, backed as low as 4-11 last summer. 5pts ew @ 8-1 Stan James BOG Leicester 2:20 Learning The Blues Chase debut but had very good skills when hurdling last summer, the two winning run was by 24 lengths and 11 lengths. His latest was for a pull up on Heavy ground but but his other run on Heavy was for 5th of 17. Trainer D E Pipe has two runners today, a hurdler and chaser Learning The Blues. Re: Wolves 06/03/08 Miss L A Perratt & Phillip Makin Perratt is having a good year at night racing - 5 wins and 2 seconds from 12 runs - 5 wins and 2 seconds from 11 at this course (Wolverhampton). Makin at night this year has 6 wins, 6 seconds, and 2 thirds from 24 runs - 6 wins, 6 seconds, and 1 third from 22 at this course (Wolverhampton). Re: Best Bet of the Day - Thur 6/3/08 Lingfield 2:30 Laredo Sound Going well in his hurdling career - 4-3-1-5. The latest was in a Listed event, lost by 22 lengths but having gone up against the rivals there should have him improve. His previous run was in a Maiden and he won easily by 9 lengths as the 8-13 favorite. The first two outings were Novices' event and did well in them too. Drop in class is really good to get him to win and the jockey is still unchanged from previous runnings, Noel Fehily. 10pts win @ 6-5 Bet365 BOG

Re: PL_Crewman | Sports-Punter Reject Carlisle 3:15 Stop The Show Won his last two runs and lifetime hurdle form is at 5-3-1-1 (since 31Dec07). His latest win was in a 0-125 Class 3 Handicap Hurdle at Chepstow (3m). He did not appear to be the winner in the straight but stayed on to lead near the finish. Topweight today I think back against Novices' is something he can handle with the weights at 12-1 (+5lb claim from jockey). Re: Best Bet of the Day-Tuesday 11th March Sedgefield 1:40 Senora Snoopy Has been doing well all year - 2nd of 14, 3rd of 18, and 2nd of 17. Both second-placed efforts came in a 'Mares' only event. The lone third-placed run was for a defeat of 2 lengths to Amrbosnni and Just Amazing in a Class 3 "National Hunt" Novices' Hurdle. He's really been well all season (4-2-2-3-2) so I think he is one that is really ready for today. Jockey booked is a firt time jockey with her but she's never had one jockey on consecutive runs all season so it should not a problem. Jockey Ewan Whillans recently won for trainer Ferdy Murphy, 6 days ago on Kingsbury (4-1) at Catterick on Good to Firm ground. 10pts win @ 13-8 Betfred BOG
