  1. Re: Watch the WSOP final table live on ESPN.com (Pay Per View) 1 double up from Wasicka or in particular Cunningham and its not much different in chips really guys, this is poker remember things can easily change! I was on Lee to make final table when it was down to last 45. He made a STUPID bluff and lost 90% of his chips. He was 19th stack from 19, where was he at the end of the night 3rd from 9! It can easily happen. I hope Cunningham does read him well (he did on a particular hand) as itd be sweet for a 'real pro' to win the ME

  2. Re: Does anyone else make this mistake? Its ok to call there imo as long as the All In that was made was a good raising amount anyway. With AA its totally fine to have another player in there as you have the nuts at that point. With any other hand I want to play like AK or QQ I would be pushing all in though as the 1 player will do nicely.

  3. Re: How many inches you got lads? All you need is 17 inches, some skill and the moves peeps! If your big on multitabling though the monitors something you need to consider. Im talking 4 tables+ by true multitabling though. 1,2,3 tables is dandy on 17". i was on 15" til about 2 months ago but that did me proud like. Still it looks well crap in comparison to a bigger one with nice resolution in retrospect now. p.s i lied about the 17", I actually have a projector which can blow up to a few hundred inches and I use the side of my house as the canvas. Play poker on the street innit

  4. Re: Confidence

I've been ahead most of the time but the damn river has been killing me :@
Think you answered your own question there, if this is true then its just bad luck mate. Just look back at each situation and if you had all your chips in with the better % then you can do no more.
  5. Re: NETeller or Paypal Guesswest is right, set it up in $US. Neteller charge a 1.9% fee wheras some American sites to send you a cheque will deduct 5% which is fcuking awful.

  6. Re: STT - AA first hand I dont agree with the limp. Youd have to have information on a crazy player to your left to do that, and you dont have this information 1st hand in a tournament.

  7. Re: STT - AA first hand Stick in a healthy raise, any other option is just poor play imo. Despite what some people are saying, its a lot more likely than not you wont get called if you just go all in straight off the bat like that. I can see why some are saying all in cos you do see some muppet play for sure. I mean if somebodys already put in a healthy raise before you its a more viable option.

  8. Re: Criticism about me & Kev on PokerNightLive Fair play mate. With your AJ hand I dont think you did anything wrong there btw if it was so little risk. Maybe the shortstacks call you with QQ or KK and you spike an Ace anyway then everyone loves you :lol I was more interested on commenting on PRs hand tbh as in all honesty that hand should be laid down, regardless of whether you want to win, as there was a big tell the guy has a monster hand that you want to be folding too. You gotta love the supreme tense tightness of a tournament bubble like that, nothing beats it for seat of the pants action.

  9. Re: Criticism about me & Kev on PokerNightLive GAFs points are pretty much correct. If you want to win as in 1st then fair enough but its not real anyway in these things when youve all qualified for something. In my experience everyone pretty much goes all in every hand anyway cos placings mean nothing once you reach final 10.

I was 30k and in 2nd, BB and I get raised by a guy 3 to my right with 11k, I have K9. Now the table was ridiculously tight at this stage and any raise was folding everyone. I put him on a small/middle pair because surely he should be all in otherwise?
If he had 1k I can see the appeal but 11k will be a serious dent in your stack if you lose an all in to this guy, not worth the risk one bit. K9 is an ideal example of a marginal hand. The reason he raises so small is because he wants action not because he is weak. Thats a massive tell on a big hand. Always look out for a min raise, 90% of the time is a monster, very big tell to look for. Thats something you can remember for general poker play and learn from, itll save you good money.
  10. Re: Call, raise or fold? You should be all in here imo. Theres 1100 in the pot which is about what you have left, a very nice pot to take down. Would he bet a Jack here? The likelihood is no tbh, hed check and slowplay or check raise you. He leads into you with 3 Jacks? Thats a very strong play and fair play to him if thats what hes got hes a good player if he makes that move for sure. In reality its probably a medium pair or just 2 overcards trying to steal the pot. Your only concern is does he have the Jack, otherwise your ahead. The evidence suggests no Jack. Rainbow board does make it more likely he has it however. If theres 2 to a flush on this flop that could be a flush draw bet and its an iron clad all in without a doubt.

  11. Re: Snooker: World Championships Well said A-Team. Early odds are suggesting Ronnie as a good favourite over Williams, cant agree with that, really looks a coin toss for me. Both get in and amass frame winning breaks very well etc. If I werent on Williams pre tourny id back Williams in this match, if someone offers 2/1 thatd be a steal imo. Anyone reckon Ebdon can graft past Murphy if hes a decent price? I remember that sloooooooow match he played against Ronnie last year :lol

  12. Re: Quick System Hi Ralphie, aint been on these shores for a wee while hows it going? Nice to see the system still going strong, may dip my toe in for a selection or 2 now the football seasons nearly over :clap Btw

they are coming thick and fast now m8
    ooh er Evad :lol
  13. Re: Know your odds? Sweet not bad :D Although i a total geek so its to be expected :sad I say 77 instead of 55 now as well again for the record. In rashly clicked 55 before thinking about it properly :wall

  14. Re: Know your odds? Hmm I clicked pocket 5 but after actually going through doing my own % for each I wish id picked 77 now :lol more likely that. When I saw 49% chance for 108s I thought underpair before i looked at any of them anyway. Heres my % guesses... 69 37 45 20 45 32 63 49 65 50

  15. Re: Snooker: World Championships Fu did play very well in that session though it has to be said. Was very suprised at the quality on show. Selby just went 1 shy of Williams highest break so far with a 72 when he should have easily made a 90 :\ Still itd be supriging if Williams 73 currently remains highest break so hopefulyl it shldnt matter. If it does thats gona be well annoying though but surely one of thems got a century in them.

  16. Re: Snooker: World Championships

50 to 1 - Virgo nips behind screen for crafty fag, and sets curtain alight
:lol Surely worth a fiver of anyones money. Either that or Willie Thorne igniting a failed accumulator slip. Silly willy. Selbys making the biggest break of the game this far here, wont be big enough to make ther highest of the match though but still its nice for him to be the highest break at any time when youve bet on it.
