    Fulham v Newcastle

both of these coming off a decent pre season with Fulham only loseing one of there last 6 games to a decent Betis side and Newcastle winning 5 of there last 6,

i will go for the home advantage 1st game of the season to be a factor and go for a home win with a little saver on the draw as follows

backing Fulham @ 4.1 for £6.5 to win £16.65 minus 5 percent( includeing the draw stake out)

backing the draw @ 3.65 for £3.5 to win £2.78 minus 5 percent (includeing Fulham  stake out)

    bets matched on betfair

Very impressed with this. Every man and his dog were tipping up Newcastle. I was wondering why the bookies weren't cutting their Newcastle prices drastically, should have been a big red flag but I backed the Toon anyway.

  2. Having experienced Wycombe's tactics a couple of weeks ago, they will certainly make it horrible for Villa and if the visitors go in with a youthful side they will get bulled especially on set pieces and in possession.  Much will depend on the referee. A strong referee would negate Wycombe's systematic fouling and aggressive pressing.  We have Michael Oliver, a premier league referee who isn't afraid to make big decisions. This comes at Villa's advantage. Now waiting for team news.  A strong Villa team = Villa win at anything over 5/4. Young Villa side = HW or draw at at 2.5/1 or bigger.

£220 Hull to beat Reading @10/11   Be there tonight and expect a narrow win against an out of form Reading. Price is better than I expected

Nice one waggy followed you on this you called it spot on - was worried at half time though!

Sensible staking this week too :ok

  4. Anyone care to put me off over 2.5 goals in the Samp-Roma match?  Its priced up at evens.

    • Samp 4 last 6 over
    • Roma 3 last 6 over
    • Samp missing both fullbacks, veteran defensive midfielder Palombo doubtful, and suspect defensively.  Strong Eder-Muriel partnership has continued under Zenga.
    • Roma having to play De Rossi at CB and have been struggling to stop their more skilful opponents creating chances.
    • Roma out for revenge after 0-2 home defeat in March.

    Negatives:

    • Both teams tend to play quite centrally (Salah excepted) which may give us a congested game.
    • Its not traditionally a high scoring fixture

    Grateful for any views
