@BBBC Crystal Ball 😁 Well i pick horses at prices that i think can win the race at a price, if we take lord riddiford as an example, okay it didn't win but it beat the fav and 2nd fav so i suspect you are similar in your thinking. i see far too many L15 bets that are just poor value and long term will not get your money back let alone win anything. people should pick 4 horses in poor races at decent prices and hope for a treble the 4 from 4 is a really good bonus but are very rare. Smith was another "value" horse (it came last just like some favs do) too much emphasis is put on current form and not enough on past results/achievements look at First flow today, there were many things about this horse to stop people backing it (including the price for its age (12 yo)) but it still won. Your treble wiped out your loses for the year i suspect.
