It seems to me that you have a good feel for which way to go on these. Keep watching and keep tracking the results.
If a small league the books might be reacting to bets in the market on the opposite team. They can't be looking for much business if not offering odds until 30mins before kick off.

6 selections tonight from 9 potential selections, oddly I've selected Exeter to beat Luton but Luton to beat Exeter was also a selection from a systematic standpoint - the odds just don't quite justify the risk. It'll end in a draw now I bet!!!!

Ah OK. I'm not sure where you can source what you are after.
You could write something that pulls the odds from a website and script some code that narrows down the fixtures to only those you are interested in. VBA in excel and oddschecker.com would be the way I'd go.

@phaethon Are you describing the situation where you want to find a profitable historic strategy and want to roll that on to matches that match your criteria but have yet to be played?
If so, that's exactly what the site is about and what it allows you to do. It's under the "Upcoming Matches" in any results of a selection criteria.
