I've had a look at the dates ahead and if we start weekend of 17th February that should finish us up nicely at the end of April.  Had a busy week last week so I'm only just starting to go through the results for season 2 plus I'm not free this coming weekend so it would be awkward to keep an eye on accepting new entrants then, so looks like a better option to push back a week.

Here are the odds for week 1 of the new FREE Punters Lounge Football Tipster competiton 2023/24.  You must use these odds for your bets (single, double or treble combination) which have been taken from the William Hill site this morning.   Deadline is a strict 3pm (15.00BST) Saturday for all bets, any later and your whole bet is disqualified and you count as a no show for the week.  If you pick an earlier match you must post before kick off or that game will be discounted and your bet reduced.   The season will run for 10 weeks and you must play at least 7 weeks or you are eliminated. 
I'll set up the Selection threads for Divisions during Thursday and I'll tag you all so you know which to post in.
I've included the Women's World Cup games this weekend along with our usual leagues.  Remember any cup games are settled at the '90 minute' result, no extra time or penalties.

Another week off for us with the International Break.  We'll be back next weekend

Just a quick message on this for 2022/23 season.  I intended to get going for Prem league start this week but haven't had chance to get it sorted so rather than rush and potentially catch people out we'll look to start weekend of 13th.  This also coincides with the Spanish La Liga restart so we should have the full complement of matches for then.
I'm intending to hold just 3 seasons this time so we can do the full 10 week run with a week off in between.  We'll also need to take a break mid-season when the World Cup break starts.
Everyone who completed season 4 last year will be allocated a place and new players are also invited to join in.  I will put up a new thread as soon as possible with confirmation of the Divisions and for new players to show their interest.
In the meantime, study the form!

Back to a week of mostly small gains with lots of the big teams winning.  33 successful bets and our top 2 Divisions performed best again and stay in profit.  
Bet of the week goes to @MrForce with a treble returning over 5/1 followed by @luckypants with a 4/1 treble.
A bit of a shuffle round in the overall table and we have a new name on top, @Hotspur88 with a fourth consecutive winning week.
