3.40 Kempton Isobar could be hard to beat here today with the brilliant Fallon in the saddle who is riding at the top of his game at the moment. He was a clear cut winner at Bath recently in a miaden handicap quickened up very impressively and was eased down to a walk in the end to win super easy, that wasnt much of a race admitly but he had shown some good form before that and should be easily able to defy a 8lb rise for a shrewd yard that can do better. 1pt win Isobar 11/4 Hills

Same mark as winning over CD here in Feb in a C4 0-85 for 4yo+ handicap and now has the 3yo's to overcome so it is tougher nevertheless price is massive. Don't know anything about the lady jock but she takes 7lb off. The Howling yard have been hitting the post of late and could do with a winner. Definite e/w chance if on a going day.
