Can I find horse value bets?

I will try to find some value bets using my own ratings. I never tested this system,but I think it has potential,and over time maybe it could produce some profit. How it works: I convert the rating into percentages.After that I convert them into odds.Comparing the given odds with the Betfair odds,I find value bets.Then I apply a few filtering criterias. The Rules: Back only horses with odds
