4.00 Brighton Dajen has had a fantastic season and bounced back to something like his best after a small blip prior to that and beat the subsequent listed winner Brushing who is also highly progressive. 7lb rise in the weights looks a little harsh for winning a weak class 2 handicap last time out but the way he won it with such ease looked impressive and may still have more to offer and this rider gets on extremely well with him 3 from 4 on him! Re: Best bet of the 25th Aug 7.20 Ffos Las Lyes Green EW - 16/1 @ Paddy bog This price is wrong. 2nd over 4 miles off 120 last year and then won a Newbury handicap off 124. Did pretty well over hurdles lto finishing 4th and probably needed it. 127 is definitely a mark he can win off. Used to be placed in listed handicaps off 130+ over hurdles. Trainer always better with his chasers. Rain won't affect him at all. In fact, he has so much stamina (2nd over 4m proves it) and he acts on the ground well. No way he should be 16/1!!
