4.05 Chester Lucky Dan has been a grand sprinter this season with a smart turn of foot and goes well round here but this step upto a mile doesnt look the right move as 7f has looked to stretch him sometimes! Maid in Heaven looks a highly progressive handicapper who has the potential to earn some black type in the coming months, won with plenty in hand on penultimate start and recieved a 11lb rise in wieghts but was badly hampered during a hot handicap at HQ and is worth another chance to build on what she has already done! 0.5pt e/w maid in heaven 13/2 bet365 5.10 Chester Granny Mcphee goes well round here and was unlucky to bump into a useful prospect and a revitalised johnston runner in first time blinkers again at HQ, up a 1lb for that effort and reunited with Franny Norton today who has won on him and always a good sign to see a professional jockey in the saddle as it appears apprentice is used often when horses are out of form etc. in this yard just something ive noted! 0.5pt e/w granny mcphee
