4.50 Redcar Rascal in the mix is in the form of her life right now and might prove hard to beat winning with plenty of authority last time out and a 4lb rise looks lenient especially now Amy Ryan can claim her 5lb in this race (she couldnt last time so effictively 1lb lighter today) fast ground to suit again and racing against her own sex again. 1pt win rascal in the mix

Re: Best bet of the day 18th July 3:20 Stratford - Shammy Buskins One of two CD winners for this race, and I'm discounting Seymar Lad for his poor performances this season. There are two other tasty looking runners taking part here - Dead Or Alive and Midnight Gold; the former has raced the last 5 in cl3 company, winning lto in a 22f race with just 5 runners, the latter is stepping up from cl4 and only drops 1lb. Neither have won over course or distance. Now onto Shammy... second race in cl3, came 2nd lto in a 12 runner at today's venue. Retains the same jockey for the sixth race :ok
