Last night I was playing a $22 rebuy tourney to qualify for the daily final tonight. The top 7 qualified with 8 position taking a cash payment The tournament was down to the last three when a 5 minute break occured and during the break the site went down. Today I checked with Ladbrokes and I have not been entered for the tournament but had my stake refunded. No emails have been replied to and all the managers are too busy to take my call. I feel this is unfair as all the people who lost were not affected by the site going down, position 8got his money and 7,6,5,4 were through. Was anybody else affected by the site going down. Do you think there is a chance that Ladbrokes will reverse their decision if they check the facts or do you think anyone will reply to my emails.

Re: Ladbrokes problem Thanks for the reply Jezza I don't think you know me as I am new here Thals for the reassurance about their customer service. I tried to speak to a manager but nobody would. Basically I understand what they did in refunding everyones account, I just feel in this case it was wrong as the tournament effectively ended when 8 position was deceided. My frustration is I can't get to talk to anyone (there is even a cue for Customer service now). Most nights I play the $22 rebuy and rarely get through so to qualify and then have my money refunded is frustrating. All those who lost must be laughing though (if they even know about it).
