Some interesting games in the Southern Hemisphere (v Northern sides). Saturday June 12th, and briefly looking at 3. NZ v Ireland Ireland just do not beat the Kiwis; they never have and pretty much cannot in NZ. Henry is trying out a couple of options as they reprovision for 2011. Watch out for Israel Dagg at full-back. Bookies put it at 15 pts and that may seem a lot against a hugely capped, very solid Irish outfit. But this will be played at a pace above these gnarled Irishmen, who will have trouble at the breakdown and could ship points in the last 15 mins. 11pts win NZ -15 @ 10/11 Aus v England In Perth, weather good, Welsh ref. England's hopes rest on their more powerful and vastly more experienced forwards. Aus depowered at 9 & 10 without Will Genia (on bench) and Matt Giteau. Closer than bookies call it. 22pts win England +11 @ 10/11 Argies v Scotland Argies at last near full strength and Scots won't stay with them on home soil. 11pts win Argies -7 @ 10/11
