wizzkid walter
2:15 Leicester - Crying Lightning - Lay Think the favourite will win here but even if he doesn't then there are enough others who could be anything. Lack of a run should hurt his chance but he could come on a lot for this run and turn into a decent type 1pt lay
cc75
Re: LOTD - Tuesday 1st June 8.35 Ffos Las: Incentivise 1pt place lay Looks up against it here IMO - won very nicely twice before getting soundly thrashed LTO after a 13lb rise in the handicap. Could be the handicapper is now in control but either way can't see this fast ground proving ideal for the horse and with quite a solid line up in opposition looks one to lay for the place IMO. BillyHills
Re: LOTD - Tuesday 1st June 655 Ffos Las: Sea Cliff Well beaten on all four starts over fences and to be honest if this was trained and ridden by a small outfit it would be double the price at least, 5/1 best price and at least two capable rivals this has to be a lay. DM99
Re: LOTD - Tuesday 1st June 3.30 Redcar - Dream Win (LAY) Made all last time out in a 7 furlong event. Totally unexposed at 1m 1f and lightly raced, which provide more unknowns, he faces a fair few of the same age who have done well over this distance recently. With the suitability of the trip a question mark and others who have shown enough to win this, his current favouritism provides a good opportunity to oppose. Barni64
Re: LOTD - Tuesday 1st June 3.30 Redcar PLACE LAY: King's Counsel Looks way too short in the market for a horse that has never won in twelve starts on the flat and has it all to do against a couple of proven performers at this level. Trotter
Re: LOTD - Tuesday 1st June 4.15 Leic - Ice Viking - lay 2nd fave at the moment, but I don't think the return to 10 furlongs will suit this one unless the ground turns really soft In his last couple of races he's looked one paced over longer trips and has been beaten 6 lengths in both his last 2 handicaps Is still a maiden after 9 runs despite falling down the handicap I guess he'll reach his level one day - just hope it's not today !
