3.10 Goodwood - Our Boy Barrington Win Our Boy Barrington was narrowly beaten LTO by Contredanse who hacked up off a mark of 84 NTO (also not far behind Aviate last year). Even the third has gone on to win. Form looks solid here and with a progressive profile looks the one to be on here. A few are more exposed, Beachfire looks a danger beating a horse in only run who has gone on to win off 78 and is sure to improve, and Hypnotized ran well behind Oasis Dancer LTO on turf and could enter calculations.

Re: Best Bet of the Day 19th May 15:10 Goodwood Our Boy Barrington looks a stand out bet for me in this race. The horse has started the season in fantastic form, first of all by winning on his handicap bow off a mark of 65, beating a field of 14 by 2 lengths. Ran a terrific race off a mark of 69 at Windsor LTO when he was just headed inside the final furlong by Contedanse. Was only beaten by a head and those two were a further 4 lengths clear of the field. Contredanse won off a mark of 75 that day and has gone on to win in her only race since off a mark of 84 where she hacked up by 6 lengths. That boosts the form of that race as it looks like Our Boy Barrington was only just beaten by a real nice type and although he has been raised 8lbs up to a mark of 77, I do feel it is a mark he can win off considering he is still improving having only had 5 runs to date. To further boost the form of the Windsor race, the horse who was 4 lengths behind in 3rd place has went on to win off the same mark over the same course and distance in his only race since.
