Ran this system a couple years back and thought I'd bring it back. The premise is simple - back golfers who have a strong track record at a particular golf course. (A strong record is rather subjective, and will be at my discretion.) Selections will be given one of 3 ratings (Par, Birdie, Eagle). An eagle means the selection is very strong and will have a base stake of 3pts. Birdies will have 2pts and Pars 1pt. The rating assigned to each selection will be determined by a combination of overall course form, recent course form, odds and current tour form. Again this process will be largely subjective. At this stage, the plan will be to back the golfer for both the win and a top 5 place. This may be done as a simple each way bet or a combination of a win and place bet on Betfair (or another site in the rare occurence their odds are better).
