WESTERN BULLDOGS ---- 1.75 ---- -4.5 ST KILDA --------------- 2.09 ---- +4.5 NORTH MELB ---------- 2.05 ---- +3.5 MELBOURNE ----------- 1.78 ---- -3.5 ADELAIDE ------------- 2.47 ---- +11.5 PORT ADELAIDE ------- 1.55 ---- -11.5 ESSENDON ------------- 2.61 ---- +13.5 HAWTHORN ------------ 1.50 ---- -13.5 SYDNEY --------------- 1.56 ---- -11.5 BRISBANE ------------- 2.44 ---- +11.5 GEELONG -------------- 1.02 ---- -62.5 RICHMOND ------------ 14.00 ---- +62.5 CARLTON -------------- 2.44 ---- +11.5 COLLINGWOOD --------- 1.56 ---- -11.5 WEST COAST ---------- 2.89 ---- +17.5 FREMANTLE ------------ 1.42 ---- -17.5 Hard to know where to start because after last week's twilight zone, nothing really jumps out at me. I would've liked the Doggies a bit longer coming off an soft game and 7 days break and the Saints coming off a 6x6 turnaround but they may not get Boyd and/or Hargrave back either. I'd like to see how the Dees fare @ Etihad where they haven't won in 3-4 yrs considering the MCG is their home ground. The Crows @ the line interests me as I forsee a letdown for Port but I would like a few more points. Bombers @ the line is a thought considering their efforts last year but dunno who they'll replace Pears with and they lose Reimers as well. Big ???? on Jonathon Brown atm for the Lions. Not keen on the big line on the Cats against Richmond however it's only over 2 goals more than what was offered for Freo and that would've easily been passed had they kicked straight. Then again the incentive to smash the Tigers pales to compare to their next 3 games: Sydney (Skilled), Brisbane (GABBA) and Collingwood (MCG) when they might have their eyes on those games. NFI on Pies-Blues. I've noticed a big move on the Eagles already. They opened $3.15 @ CB and are now $2.89 there. You could make an argument for them @ the line if you were to make one for the Crows and/or Bombers. Hard to be confident on any when all 3 teams have been disappointing.

Re: AFL Round 6 (April 30-May 2) Brisbane have a back up travel but I just about like the price on offer. Not worried about Brown (or C.Bolton) because I feel this will be a lot about the most passion on the night. Lots of respect for Sydney so I probably won't move unless there's 2.62. Too much respect being given to Derby factor IMO. As if Adelaide could get within two goals of anyone! D-Rod will put that space in alone! A switched on Freemantle can put more than three goals on this lot IMO (I'm seeing a 15.5 Freeo scoreline at some point). Bullies are poised, and they're not struggling as much as people make out IMO, despite a couple seem to be carrying niggles. Saints aren't traveling all that sweet (by their standards) IMO, although the conditions conspired against them LW against the wet track specialists. Kozy is a genuine worry. Do like bulldogs price! Was hoping for some 125.00 Richmond and would have jumped on and declared it a SPECIAL!. Surprisingly instead, bookmakers are taking a huge risk laying Geelong @ 1.04. 1.05 and I reckon things get really exiting around my household. Should play angry and a bit of that local breeze is forecast that they thrive on. Thought the Essendon price is interesting also. A bit of a watch on how Roughead & Rioli have pulled up, for mine, and also Mitchell?
