  1. Re: AFL Rd. Too Many Thanks m8. Not happy with the way Bombers let that happen but 32 scoring shots to 21 suggests they were lucky to stay in it anyway :sad Nice score w/ Winderlich btw :ok
  2. Re: AFL Rd. Too Many Ess +12.5 Hawks have earned favouritism for a change rather than on reputation but I still think they're giving away too many points against an opponent that matches up well with them. Port +21.5 Hard to accept Nth @
  3. Re: AFL Rd. 11. Considering Higgins got injured and Gia who is hopeless already was wasting his time on Heath Shaw. It's a win nonetheless :ok
  4. Latest from CB @ Mon ~ 2.30pm EST: Opening prices came out early and are bracketed. ----------------------------------- RICHMOND ----- 6.05(6.50) ------ +37.5 ST KILDA ----- 1.13(1.11) ------- -37.5 CARLTON ------ 1.34(1.35) ------ -20.5 MELBOURNE ---- 3.29(3.18) ------ +20.5 ADELAIDE ----- 3.17(2.55) ------- +19.5 FREMANTLE ---- 1.36(1.50) ------ -19.5 NTH MELB ----- 2.39(2.35) ------ +10.5 BRISBANE ----- 1.58(1.58) ------ -10.5 WEST COAST --- 6.70(6.25) ------ +40.5 GEELONG ------ 1.11(1.12) ------- -40.5 SYDNEY ------- 1.76(1.78) ------- -4.5 ESSE
  5. Re: AFL Rd. 9. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/richmonds-daniel-jackson-suspended-for-three-weeks/story-e6frf9jf-1225868363458 The same could've been said for Maguire. I think the MRP is a joke but what else is new. Broughton and McPharlin out for 4-6 and 8-10 weeks respectively + M Johnson's suspension. Mundy still a chance for this w/end.
  6. Re: AFL Rd. 9. For reference, CB odds at around Tuesday 15:30pm EST: COLLINGWOOD ------ 2.09 ------- +4.5 GEELONG ----------- 1.75 -------- -4.5 NORTH MELBOURNE --- 3.90 ------ +24.5 WESTERN BULLDOGS -- 1.26 ------ -24.5 SYDNEY ------------ 1.77 ------- -3.5 FREMANTLE --------- 2.06 ------- +3.5 MELBOURNE --------- 2.35 ------- +9.5 PORT ADELAIDE ----- 1.60 ------- -9.5 ESSENDON ---------- 1.27 ------ -24.5 RICHMOND ---------- 3.80 ------ +24.5 ADELAIDE ---------- 2.07 -------- +3.5 BRISBANE ---------- 1.76 -------- -3.5 CARLTON ----------- 1.36 ------- -19.5 HAWTHORN --
  7. Re: AFL Round 8 (May 14-16) Well done to the Crows, the new last quarter kings, for getting my bet over the line with 37 secs to go :puke
  8. Re: AFL Round 8 (May 14-16) WHAT DID I TELL YOU? Swans Changes to the selected side In: Bevan Out: Daniel Bradshaw (knee soreness) Western Bulldogs Changes to the selected side In: Eagleton Out: Ryan Griffen (back tightness)
  9. Re: AFL Round 8 (May 14-16) Crows +9.5 I've hopped onto the Crows already missing Burton and Johncock (but regain Dangerfield and Walker) and this was before Thompson was out to injury replaced by Tony Armstrong with still a ??? on McLeod. I still think Nth @ $1.60 is a bit rich. Crows have a great record against them and as you mentioned Taz they have a history of scoring well @ Etihad. I think the strong finish last week is a positive thing rather than a side effect of Richmond not running out the game something Adelaide has struggled with as well. Hawks -30.5 The Hawks last week were
  10. Re: AFL Round 8 (May 14-16) Question mark over Bradshaw as well.
  11. Re: AFL Round 7 (May 7-10) I expected a closer game saintg1 but like the Blues-Cats game 2 weeks ago, only 1 team turned up.
  12. Re: AFL Round 7 (May 7-10) Carlton +16.5 Going with my initial thoughts. Blues should play to their strengths and keep the Saints honest here.
  13. Re: AFL Round 7 (May 7-10) WCE-Hawks Give Sandilands some extra minutes rest in the goal square with Staker to mind him is what I suggest :tongue2. :hope It would make sense. Lions have a serious lack of talls and I'm pretty sure they will consider Bradley as a 2nd ruckman with Silvagni to miss out.
  14. Re: AFL Round 7 (May 7-10) What are the thoughts on the Eagles @ what is a - 11.5 line now that Buddy is out? Who will kick goals for the Hawks? or should we hope for a favourable total for the unders? Despite all the talk in the press, there is just way too many negatives against the Hawks here I feel. Clark is out for the Lions and Stiller is in. Meaning the Berger will go solo with likely pinch-hitting from Brennan. Question mark on Fevola with his heel soreness. This is more for Ash then it is for me. Freo's chances have improved but still query how many of the players (esp the young o
