Sedgefield ..... Fri 26th Mar

Recommended Posts

caerlaverock 230 sedge. 1 pt win. effectively a 2 horse race and with us at about 3/1 and the fav about 1/3, i would much prefer to be with us. we stay well and like the ground, so although the favourite has the form to win, we have graham lee who could settle this race tactically. on my work theres not much between the 2 of we can get things go our way, so a bet for me.

Tip Detail
Sport Horse Racing
Event SEDGEFIELD - 3:05
Selection AJMAN (bog)
Strength 10/10
Date 26/03/2010
Bookmaker/Price VCBet @ 3.25 (Back)
Reasoning SEDGEFIELD - 3:05 AJMAN Hurdle debut but comes from team with numbers to win here. Trainer Evan Williams gets the advantage in having the healthiest yard. Field of 6 with the other 5 trainers not showing much winning form. Williams have 4 winners from his last 9 runners - this is his 2ND runner of the day. He also trains for R E R Williams. The combo have good stats when it comes to Selling Hurdles. R E R have a 19% (11/57) in sellers the last 5 seasons. Evan at 19% (31/165) the last 5 seasons. The trainer is at 27% (9/33) this year - 4/15 for R E R. They do not have stable jockey Paul Moloney but G Lee fits. Lee enjoys it here having ridden his most wins than any other tracks since 2007. 45 from 256 with 29 wins from 143 over hurdles. All other jockey's are nowhere near him when it comes to track performance.
