We’d also like to highlight some of the key restrictions; for example you won’t be able to travel on public holidays or between 10th December and 10th January inclusive. While these return flights represent amazing value please bear in mind that your redemption doesn’t cover the costs of any taxes and charges. Terms and conditions The voucher is available to the person to whom it was issued who is UK resident and aged 18 years or over. It is not transferable and may not be used by any other person. Any such use may result in rejection.

1. The voucher is not available to employees of Virgin Games or its subsidiaries, TLC Incentives Ltd or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
2. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or in part for cash.
3. Only one voucher may be used per person, per household and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). The voucher may be exercised by completing and sending in the booking request form. A stolen, lost, photocopied, scanned, illegible or defaced booking request form will not be accepted.
4. The closing date for the receipt of a booking request form at the address stated is 30/09/10. All flights must be taken by 31/01/11.
5. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. It is recommended that booking request forms are sent by registered or recorded delivery.
6. A voucher-holder may be required to supply details of valid and adequate insurance at the time of sending a booking request form and to give passport or other relevant details.
7. By sending the completed booking request form a person taking advantage of this voucher accepts completely the terms and conditions which include the booking instructions (how to book) and all other information stated within the voucher.
8. Submission of a booking request form will result in a flight offer being made which is valid for 48 hours (not including weekends). Acceptance must be within 48 hours. Offers not accepted within this time will cease to be valid and there will be no further offer.
9. Once flights have been accepted they cannot be amended in any way.
10. Any cancellation must be made by calling TLC (not the specific airline) on 0871 221 0511. Lines are open Mon - Fri 09.30 - 17.30. Calls to this line from BT landlines cost a maximum of 10p per minute. Costs from other lines vary.
11. If the voucher-holder cancels any flight(s) the relevant ticket/flight voucher(s) will cease to be valid and cannot be exchanged or re-booked.
12. Tickets / flight vouchers will be posted or emailed to a voucher-holder within 21 days of the booking being confirmed.
13. All flights are for advance booking only and subject to promotional availability on a first come, first served basis. Acceptance of any flight(s) will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions of the relevant airline(s) providing the flight(s).
14. The voucher entitles the person submitting the booking request form to one economy class short haul return flight (excluding all applicable taxes, flight supplements and credit card charges) to one of the following destinations: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Dublin, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Rome and Venice.
15. Flights are available from major airports including London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester. Departures from other UK airports may be available and may require a supplement and/or a connection via a London airport at extra cost.
16. The UK airport and destination selected will determine the airline(s) used. All flights are direct. Travel to and from any airports is not included.
17. The maximum length of the stay will be one month.
18. Offer excludes travel on Public Holidays and Bank Holidays in either the departure or destination countries on either the outward flight or return flight. It also excludes travel between December 10th and January 10th (both dates inclusive).
19. Second and subsequent passengers may not take advantage of the voucher, but a voucher-holder may request for them to travel with the voucher-holder at the normal charges for a return flight (subject to availability and including airport taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and any applicable regional supplements).
20. TLC will use reasonable endeavours to book the flight(s) on the booking request form but this cannot be guaranteed. If the flights requested are unavailable the TLC will contact the voucher-holder with alternative flights or dates for travel. Such an offer will fulfill any obligations under the voucher whether or not accepted.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TLC reserve the right to change nominated destinations or withdraw or substitute the return short haul flight destination specified with one of equal or greater value.
22. Airport and other taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and other surcharges levied by the airline or travel organiser are excluded and, where applicable, are payable on acceptance of a flight offer. Such taxes and charges are non-refundable once a flight offer is accepted.
23. Payment made by Visa or MasterCard will incur a 3% charge. Maestro and Delta incur a charge of up to 1%.
24. It is the responsibility of the voucher-holder to ensure that all persons travelling have a valid passport and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with travel and immigration regulations as well as suitable travel insurance.
25. Virgin Games and TLC are not responsible for the management of any airline or airport used or any aspect of the quality or performance of any airline or airport service (including in particular flight disruption or delay, alterations to flight schedules, routes and destinations) and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointments or dispute in relation to any aspects of these.
26. Persons travelling do so in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant airline(s).
27. The validity of any and all vouchers may be cancelled or withdrawn or the terms and details of the promotion may be amended at any time prior to use without notice.
