7.05 Wolverhampton Tough handicap and Absa lutte is in fine form this winter but a 6lb penalty make things tougher today, handsome cross has looked a danger but his running style seems to get him in trouble and is far too short in current market. The interesting one is La Capriosa, Glover yard continue in good form this winter and they bring this useful filly back to the track having had 90+ days off when seen putting in a couple of disappointing efforts so hopefully freshened her up and dropped 2lb which puts her 3lb above a wide winning margin on turf and she is a better horse on the AW than turf and if getting an easy time upfront from inside stall should stay on for a place minimum but I am hopeful of a bit more. 0.5pt e/w la capriosa 16/1 bet365

Re: Best bet of the day 5th Nov 7.50 Wolverhampton Even Bolder stayed on well to win at Lingfield last week and infact drops in grade into 0-75 company here having won a 0-85 prize seven days ago. Eric Wheeler's gelding is due to be dropped 2 lb upon reassessment on Tuesday but could still be realistically well in based on his old form when placed off marks around the 80 mark in 08/09. He should get things run to his liking here and the price looks too big to pass up. 8/1 Bet 365, 0.5 pt EW.
