Re: lay of the day sun - 31st jan 14.00 Punchestown Seabass - 1pt win lay Im not sure if this meeting will get the go ahead, but hopefully Mr Sun can pay a visit to County Kildare. Seabass only ran on Wednesday and was well in command of the race, but fell at the last. Ruby Walsh is on board again and they will probably be hoping for better here. But, i have yet to see what all the fuss is about. This horse has still yet to win under rules and he has been favourite in the last three races. He has won a point to point, so he can win, but today is a far trickier race than Wednesdays. Tiernan's Terror has produced better efforts over the fences and runs off a similar mark today and Stewarts House has run and been placed in better company than this. Seabass may on paper be the horse to beat here, the current price certainly reflects this, but im not convinced at all yet, and the run on Wednesday at Navan, will have took its toll. Im happy to lay at 11/8 with Ladbrokes. :cow
