I feel sorry for the bloke due to the fact that he thought he won millions - the disappointment must've been sickening. But come on, what a dope. Gamblers know that "related" wages are not accepted, I first found out when I first started betting. I was about 16 and wanted a 2000gns/Derby double on one horse, I was told there would be a "special price". Once it was explained to me it made perfect sense, as it does with first scorer/correct score bets. That was an easy mistake for a novice, but surely even the biggest non-punter would realise that can you aren't going to get paid out on a multiple on city snowfall. It's so obvious the likelihood of one city getting snow decreases the odds of the next town.
