Snooker: The Masters 10-17 Jan

Recommended Posts

Love this tournament. 18 Players line up, top 16 plus two wildcards, one of which is Jimmy White. The two wildcards meet the 15th & 16th seeds. Can't post outright odds as it seems to go all funny, prices here http://odds-comparison.bestbetting.com/snooker/the-masters/winner/ First round matches here:

Re: Snooker: The Masters 10th-17thJanuary I'll take two outrights. I think the other half of the draw is tough with the likes of Maguire, Selby, Ding, Higgins and Allen. 6pts R.O'Sullivan to win The Masters @ 11/4 Paddy Power Ronnie will always be the favourite going into these tournaments but he also looks to have a kind draw, ok first up is Neil Robertson which is not kind as the Australian was a quality players in 2009, however if he can get past him, which he'll be favourite to do so then the passage through gets easier with either Fu or Ebdon in the next round. I think Ronnie will take the beating as usual and like his chances. 2 pts A.Carter to win The Masters @ 18/1 Skybet & 4pts 2nd Quater Winner @ 11/4 Betfred Quater Betting: Murphy, Carter, Williams, Hendry, McLeod In the same half as Ronnie is Ali Carter and he'll meet the winner of the first wildcard round (Williams or McLeod) which hopefully he'll get through, he'll likely face Murphy in the quaters which will be a tough match but I like the man from Essex, his ranked 5th in the world which is his highest yet and he won the Welsh Open in 2009. If he gets through that then he should meet O'Sullivan giving me a man in the final, that is the plan anyway.
