dili123in Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 just checked my online bank statement and there is a transaction named www.pstars.c for £7pounds which i never made emailed pokerstars, and send my statement to them phoned bank and they dont have any details of the transaction did anyboby from punterslounge had the same problem? shogun25 Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 Re: pokerstars ripping people off,check your bank statements? ild also like to say the 2 amounts that they were taking out my account were for sums of money that i have never took out before ,ive also checked my last 80 days of transactions on pokerstars and the amounts are nowhere to be seen ,HOW CAN THIS BE ERROR .if i dont get a full account of why this could happen and the odd amounts took out ,i will take this much further broadsheets etc ,how many of their millions of customers have they done this to ,especially when it says october in their letter and the transactions i made in october are in my transaction history ,plus why did they only put money back after i found the problem ,if they knew they had made mistake ,they should have emailed me before i found out ,im thinking their is aybe fraudulent behaviour happening here ,i want to hear pokerstars wriggle out of this one ,EFFIN ANGRY AND GOING TO BE GETTING BANK STATEMENTS FOR LAST COUPLE OF YEARS ,sorry for airing my views but it could be happening to you ?:wall Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
