Ffos Las - Sun 13th Sept

3.55 Ffos Las The Irish have plundered many prizes from these shores in the last few days, including in the Portland yesterday, and South Wing, sent over by Eoin Griffin, looks very interesting today. He was second to Eagle's Pass at Leopardstown in May, with Arc Bleu and the unexposed Speed Ticket (in turn, a head second to Sesenta nto) behind. That stacks up as good form and he races off 82 today. Fallon is booked, and it probably points to a big run. 5/1 Bet 365, 2.5 pts EW (3 places, 1/5 odds). 4.30 Ffos Las Paisley is understandably all the rage but his dominance in the market opens this up for an each-way steal in the hope of an upset. Some Sunny Day has benefitted from the step up in trip and Hughie Morrison's filly is open to further improvement after just a 3 lb rise from her win at Lingfield last time out. She showed she acts on turf too with a decent second at Salisbury previously. 7/1 Bet 365, 7.5 pts EW (3 places, 1/5 odds).

Re: Ffos Las - Sun 13th Sept 3.55 Ffos Las Resplendent Light had been going well before a disappointing step up in class last time at York, needs to put that behind him and previously been running strongly in races better than this. Handicapper gave him a 1lb on previous effort and also leading apprentice on board claiming a further useful 3lb. Act of Kalansi looks the one to beat on form and is progressing nicely but they have been in some weak races but handicapper does realize that having only raised him 3lb for latest win. Does have to keep progressing to land this tougher ask! 0.5pt win act of kalansi 7/2 bet365 0.5pt e/w resplendent light 16/1 hills 4.30 Ffos Las This could prove a walk in the park for Paisley having won his maiden nicely last time out and form is working out ok from previous form but still could be harshly treated and price is massively inflated because Fallon is riding and therefore I have to look elsewhere! Some sunny day has been in fine form this season and now after getting her head in front last time out off a 3lb lower mark could well be looking for another with confidence running high. 0.5pt e/w some sunny day 7/1 bet365 5.05 Ffos Las Best one has tumbled in the weights last winning off a mark of 70 runs off 54 today but hasn’t really shown anything to suggest he is gonna make use of that! Brandywell boy has been running well after a success off a 2lb lower mark but could still be in the grips of the handicap at the moment and my preference is for Milton of Campsie who ran out an interesting 3rd at 40/1 last time out and the penny looked as though it was finally dropping and Fallon on board sure to give a strong ride which will be needed! 0.5pt win Milton of Campse 11/4 bet365
