Wolverhampton 3rd Sept AW (eve)

Tomorrows card at Wolverhampton looks another tricky event with many horses lacking in AW form or just seriously out of form, but we shall have a small go. 5.50 Wolverhampton Admiral bond finished 2nd when last seen here off a mark of 60 in February, has since had a rest and made a comeback in a hot event at Redcar a month ago, may have needed that run and now back on AW and aslong as fit and in same form could go well off a 2lb lower also has a useful 3lb claimer on board, drawn best of all the horses ive pulled out. Lithaam has been in fine form lately and no concern converting that to all weather having won on all weather before. Gets to runs off same mark as last win on turf and has probert on board and will need a strong ride from a bad draw. 0.5pt win lithaam 0.25pt e/w admiral bond 6.50 Wolverhampton Bertie Southstreet ran out a gritty style win over CD last time out in first time visors, fitted again today and only raised 3lb and drawn well in stall 2. 0.5pt e/w bertie southstreet 7.20 Wolverhampton Wide open 2yr old claiming event with any amount of these able to progress and train on at this stage in the season, but as far as course form goes the nod goes to Dear mr Fantasy winning a similar event by a neck over CD also comes from a nice low draw 0.5pt win dear mr fantasy 8.20 Wolverhampton Bond city ran a great race around here off todays mark in a similar event, ran on strongly and shaped as 7f would suit again but failed last time out on turf over 7f bit to prove again maybe More time time is a brilliant horse on the all weather and won round here last time out by a length and is only raised 3lb for that and looks to still be progressing. Leahurst seems to have trained on nicely winning his maiden round here comfortably and then went on to prove that he was well treated on handicap mark when 2nd at haydock in heavy conditions but to AW today off a 2lb higher mark than that haydock 2nd but could still be well treated! 0.5pt win leahurst 0.5pt e/w more time time 9.20 Wolverhampton Little coming into this race in much form or even treated well on previous aw antics that i can see but Valid point has been your typical prescott horse running well under penalties and is seeking the hatrick today but has shown little promise on all weather before and has to run off a 22lb higher mark than last seen when taking the 12lb penalty into the assessment could be too much too soon! No bets

Re: Wolverhampton 3rd Sept AW (eve) 8:20 Wolverhampton: Brae Hill 2.5 pts win 7/1 & More Time Tim 0.5 pts win 9/1 both VC Bet Brae Hill gets his first All Weather start here, and while unproven on the surface he should go on it with an American pedigree. He was a convincing winner of a Class 3 race at Chester and then got rather stuck in the mud at Goodwood. Michael Bell has a good record here and is in form. More Time Tim has a record of five wins from eight starts on the All Weather and won well here last time out. Clearly likes the surface, and maybe there is a little more to come off this career high mark. Trainer does well here.
