Which Newspaper Tips have the biggest influence on price?

An honest question. I've seen elsewhere that slow and steady profit can be made by laying those horses where a certain 5 newspapers had been all over the horse in the morning. The idea being that every man, dog, woman & their cat all think the horse has a great chance and so bring the price down far lower than what it's actual price should be.
