leespam
Re: Rugby League: Super League XIV Round 22 & Co-op Champs Just a small one for me tonight. Keith Senior to score anytime vs. Wigan @ 6/4 (Will Hill) 0.5/5 Along with Cas’ Michael Shenton, Senior has been arguably the form centre in Super League this season and appears to be having somewhat of a renaissance after retiring from international rugby. He’s scored in his last two at the JJB and also in his last two away from Headingley so I’ll have a little tinkle on him crossing the whitewash tonight. Likely to be up against Martin Gleeson and Amos Roberts, they’re a decent enough pairing but Senior’s 6/4 IMO looks large in comparison to Ryan Hall’s 8/11 (short as 8/15 in places :eek :unsure). One for me tonight... Hull KR (-8) to beat Hull FC @ Evs (bet365) 2/5 Like the look of Rovers in the derby tonight. They have an excellent record in this fixture winning 5 out of the last 6 and have been consistently under-priced by the books all season. They’ve failed to clear the 8 handicap in only 4 of their 10 games at CravenPark this season, against Leeds, Huddersfield, Wigan and Harlequins. Quins apart, with that in mind this line won't be enough IMO against a team in Hull’s form. In team news, Ben Cockayne misses out from the squad last week while Stanley Gene is still out injured. After an excellent start to the season, FC amazingly still have a chance of making the play-offs lying 2 points behind 8th placed Harlequins. Prior to the victory over bottom placed Celtic last week, they hadn’t been ahead of the handicapper since Murrayfield Magic and were looking like a side counting down the days ‘til the season finished. That victory may have given them a little bit of confidence this week but even so, in my mind I would still want more of a start before risking my cash on them. Kirk Yeaman is the big doubt tonight; he faces a fitness test over a groin injury. GL all :hope :ok
