StuSimmy Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 What a pain they have been with my account today, firstly they take around 3 hours to pay out some winnings of £4. Secondly with regards to My Gacho, I had a £2 win on @ 5/1 but best price guaranteed. So I get £12 into my account then the other £4 did appear. Now I notice when I look in my statement that £4 has disappeared from my account and it now says £12 as a return in my statement instead of £16 now.
