Hamilton 7.40 (5f, Class 4, G/F) THE NIFTY FOX 9/1 being offered against a horse which last year had 2 runs over C/D & finished 1st & 2nd off 77 & 80 . Tonight runs off 74 after 2 races this season down the field, dropped 8lb by the handicapper for those 2 runs, this gives the horse a great chance tonight on a course it likes. Seems to do well at this time of year after a fe runs under its belt. Tom Eaves rides & is 1 win from 6 on the horse. Likes the ground also. Looking at the others in the race there are a numbe that really need 6f & i am hopeful that is the crucial aspect of this race to back a specialist 5f performer. Re: Hamilton Sat eve 11th JUly 7.40 Hamilton Argentine has been running extemely well recently does need to bounce back from a poor effort at musselburgh, but saves his best running for hamilton faster ground should suit better aswell!! 0.5pt e/w argentine (6/1 bog) 8.45 Hamilton Shadowtime another that produced a below par effort last time out needs to prove still at peak, does have a 7lb claimer which could be a massive benefit, but before last effort running well off todays mark of 65 loves the fast ground 0.5pt e/w shadowtime (13/2 bog)
